Die Erfindung stellt sicher, daß durch das Kerben mittels Rollenpaaren bei der Kerbung in der ersten Bewegungsrichtung am Auslauf bestehende Nasen durch die Kerbung in der zweiten Bewegungsrichtung beseitigt werden. Die Kerbung in der zweiten Bewegungsrichtung erfolgt im eingespannten Zustand des Tonstrangstückes zwischen den Kerbrollenpaaren durch Bewegung der Kerbrollenpaare aufeinander zu, so daß kein Auslauf der Kerbrollen aus den gebildeten Kerben mit dem Risiko der Nasenbildung gegeben ist. Bei der Herausbewegung des Tonstrangstückes aus der Kerbeinrichtung mittels des Hubtisches erfolgt das Auslaufen der Kerbrollen über bereits gebildete Kerben, so daß auch hier die Nasenbildung sicher vermieden ist.The invention ensures that by notching by means of pairs of rollers during the notching in the first direction of movement at the outlet existing noses are eliminated by the notching in the second direction of movement. Dazu sind Rollenreihenpaare 5 bzw. 5′ auf den oberen und den unteren Rollenhaltern 4, 4′ jeweils abstandsveränderlich angebracht und die Kerbrollenhalter 4, 4′ mittels einer gemeinsamen und gegenläufig wirkenden Exzenterwelle 7 aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegbar. Claims (8)

  1.   7. An apparatus according to one of Claims 4 or 5, characterised in that said lifting table (8) is raised and lowered by means of a crank gear (9).
  8. An apparatus according to Claim 3, characterised in that said column (1) is moved in said first movement direction by a slide serving as a conveyor (2) through said chamfering device (3) and then positioned.
