Im Rahmen der Erfindung durchgeführte Untersuchungen haben jedoch ergeben, daß bei Beschleunigungs- oder Bremsvorgängen in der Druckmaschine, bei denen die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit der Druckzylinder geändert wird, die zuvor erläuterten Spannungsverhältnisse der Materialbahn destabilisiert werden. Während dieser instabilen Phase ist die Durckqualität konzeptionsbedingt nicht optimal, so daß ein gewisser unvermeidbarer Ausschuß entsteht. Ein exakter Druck ist erst dann wieder möglich, wenn die Druckmaschine nach dem Beschleunigungs- oder Verzögerungsvorgang eine konstante Betriebsgeschwindigkeit erreicht hat. Weitere, im Rahmen vorliegender Erfindung durchgeführte Untersuchungen haben ferner ergeben, daß auch der Betrieb der Registerregeleinrichtung während der Beschleunigungs- bzw. Verzögerungsvorgänge keinen positiven Einfluß auf die Druckqualität hat, da die Signalaufnahme und Verarbeitung während dieser durch dynamische Vorgange verursachten instabilen Phase zu unexakt und zu langsam ist, als daß eine Fehlerkompensierung durch den Betrieb der Regeleinrichtung möglich wäre.Investigations carried out within the scope of the invention, however, have shown that during acceleration or braking operations in the printing press, in which the rotational speed of the printing cylinders is changed, the previously explained tension conditions of the material web are destabilized. Zur Unterbrechung der Regeltätigkeit beim Auftreten einer Betriebsgeschwindigkeitsänderung kann die Abschalteinrichtung 33 beispielsweise über je eine Signalleitung 34, 35 bzw. 36 mit einem Schalter 37, 38 bzw. 39 verbunden sein. Die Schalter 37, 38 und 39 sind ihrerseits in je einer Leitung 40, 41 bzw. 42 angeordnet, die die Regeleinheiten 23 mit den Korrekturmotoren 19, 20 bzw. 21 verbinden. Wird die Abschalteinrichtung mit einem Signal von der Beschleunigungserfassungseinrichtung 28 beaufschlagt, das eine Betriebsgeschwindigkeitsänderung der Druckmaschine anzeigt, öffnet sie die Schalter 37, 38 und 39 und trennt somit die Regeleinheiten 23 von den Korrekturmotoren. Die Vorrichtung weist einen Regler mit einer Zentraleinheit zur Erfassung und Abspeicherung aller Regelparameter und des Regelverhaltens auf. Ferner ist eine Abtasteinrichtung zur Erfassung von Bahn-Registermarken vorgesehen. Regeleinheiten bzw. Stellglieder sind zur Regelung des Längsregisters und/oder kombinierten Regelung des Längs-und Seitenregisters vorgesehen. Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen wird bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung eine Überwachungseinrichtung gebildet, die eine Beschleunigungserfassungseinrichtung aufweist, die eine von einer stabilen Bahngeschwindigkeit abweichende Geschwindigkeitsänderung der Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise an den Druckzylindern ermittelt. Ferner weist die Überwachungseinrichtung eine Abschalteinrichtung auf, die mit der Beschleunigungserfassungseinrichtung in Signalverbindung steht und die die Regeltätigkeit beim Auftreten eines die Geschwindigkeitsänderung repräsentierenden Signals so lange unterbricht, bis wiederum eine konstante Betriebsgeschwindigkeit erreicht ist.In summary, this means that the invention provides a device for register control for multi-color printing presses, in particular web-fed rotary printing presses.
