Claims (4)
- Dispositif pour le réglage précis de portières d'armoires de commande ou analogue dans des cadres correspondants, comportant une charnière de portière, constituée par un élément de guidage (1), un élément de charnière (2) équipé d'un ressort (16), un pivot (24), et qui est agençable dans son ensemble dans un montant (11) de la porte (13), l'élément de charnière (2) et l'élément de guidage (1) étant fixables à l'aide d'une via d'assemblage (14),
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (1) comporte un perçage (27) et un cadran à fenêtre (21), l'élément de charnière (2) est mobile et fixé de façon désolidarisable dans l'élément de guidage (1) de telle sorte qu'après desserrage de la via d'assemblage (14), l'élément de charnière (2) est réglable horizontalement dans l'élément de guidage à l'aide d'un ressort inséré (16), ledit ressort comportant, en vue du déplacement, une partie rigide équipée à son bord inférieur d'une denture (20) qui permet, en vue du réglage de la charnière, l'engagement d'un outil correspondant à la denture (20), comme par exemple un tournevis (26) dont l'axe longitudinal est orienté perpendiculairement à la surface de la portière qui s'étend selon les directions de réglage et qui est apte à être mise en interaction avec l'outil correspondant (26) lui-même guidé au travers du perçage (27) dans l'élément de guidage (1), de telle sorte que, lors de l'opération de réglage, l'élément de charnière (2) amène la portière (13) dans la position désirée. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le ressort (16) de l'élément de charnière (2) comporte un indicateur (29) qui est orienté selon la direction de déplacement et qui indique la course de déplacement avec une précision de l'ordre du millimètre, dans le cadran à fenêtre (21) de l'élément de guidage (1), lors de l'opération de réglage.
- Dispositif pour le réglage précis de portières d'armoire de commande ou analogue dans des cadres comportant une charnière de portière, constitué par un élément de guidage (1), un élément de charnière (2) avec ou sans ressort inséré, un pivot (24), et qui est agençable dans son ensemble dans un montant (11) de la porte (13), l'élément de charnière (2) et l'élément de guidage (1) étant fiables à l'aide d'une via d'assemblage (14),
caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (1) comporte un perçage (27)et un cadran à fenêtre (21), l'élément de charnière (2) est mobile et fixé de façon désolidarisable dans l'élément de guidage (1) de telle sorte qu'après desserrage de la via d'assemblage (14) l'élément de charnière (2) est réglable horizontalement dans l'élément de guidage moyennant une denture (20) pratiquée directement au bord inférieur de l'élément de charnière (2), denture (20) qui permet, en vue du réglage de la charnière,l'engagement d'un outil correspondant à la denture (20), comme par exemple un tournevis (26) dont l'axe longitudinal est orienté perpendiculairement à la surface de la portière qui s'étend selon les directions de réglage et qui est apte à être mise en interaction avec l'outil correspondant (26), lui-même guidé au travers du perçage (27) dans l'élément de guidage (1), de sorte que , lors de l'opération de réglage, l'élément de charnière (2) amène la portière (13) dans la position désirée. - Dispositif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de charnière (2) comporte un indicateur (29) qui est orienté selon la direction de déplacement et qui indique la course de déplacement avec une précision de l'ordre du millimètre, dans le cadran à fenêtre (21) de l'élément de guidage (1) lors de l'opération de réglage.
