Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Grabenverbauvorrichtung, bestehend aus mittels Spreizen auf parallelen Abstand gehaltenen Verbaustützen und in diesen mittels Führungsrollen geführten Verbauplatten.The invention relates to a trench shoring device, consisting of shoring supports kept at a parallel distance by means of spreading and shoring plates guided therein by means of guide rollers.
Aus der DE-23 23 321 B2 ist eine solche Verbauvorrichtung bekannt. Hierbei sind an den Stirnseiten der Verbauplatten mit Abstand übereinander angeordnete Führungsköpfe mit Führungsrollen vorgesehen, von denen einige auf Achsen senkrecht zur Verbauplattenebene und andere auf Achsen gelagert sind, die in einer Ebene zwischen den Seitenflächen der Verbauplatte und senkrecht zur Führungsstütze stehen und soweit versetzt angeordnet sind, daß sie jeweils nur auf dem zum Grabeninnern weisenden Schenkel des Profiles der Führungsstütze laufen.Such a shoring device is known from DE-23 23 321 B2. Es zeigte sich jedoch, daß diese Konstruktion im rauhen Baubetrieb nicht stark genug war und eine Führung mit quer zur Verbauplattenebene ausgebildeten starren Flanschen weiterhin erforderlich war. Dies war umso mehr geboten, als die Führungsrollen notwendigerweise mit sehr großem Spiel laufen mußten, und daher die Verbindungsstelle von Führungsstütze und Verbauplatte instabil war. Dies galt besonders für kompakte Böden, die nicht ohne weiteres gegen die Verbauvorrichtung drückten.This construction was intended to ensure that the shoring plates could be moved in the guide supports without great friction. Dabei laufen die Führungsrollen 4 auf den Führungsleisten 12 des einen und die Führungsrollen 5 auf den Führungsleisten 12 des anderen U-Schenkels 10 des U-Profiles 9. Zweckmäßig ist die aus den Zapfen 3 und den Führungsrollen 4 bzw.5 gebildete Anordnung in Richtung der Zapfenachse länger als in Querrichtung und in Querrichtung nicht größer als die Stärke der Verbauplatte 1. Auf diese Weise wird ein unerwünschtes und unberechenbare Kräfte bewirkendes Spiel zwischen Verbauplatte 1 und Führungsstützze 8 vermieden. - Trench shoring means according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the guide rollers (4, 5; or respectively 24, 25) have a guide groove (13) with a semicircular cross-section, in that the guide bars (12, 15) have a cross-section which is at least semicircular and is adapted to the guide groove (13), and in that the guide rollers (4, 5, or respectively 24, 25) are so disposed that they run on the guide bars (12, 15) respectively/specifically associated therewith.
- Trench shoring means according to claim 2, characterised in that a portion (21) is disposed on the side facing the ground mass at right angles to the end face of the guide support (18) and forms an extension of the web (20) on the side of the guide support (18) facing the mountain.
- Trench shoring means according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the arrangement, which is formed from pins (3, 23) and guide rollers (4, 5; 24, 25), is longer when viewed with respect to the direction of the pin axis than when viewed with respect to the transverse direction, and in that, when viewed with respect to the transverse direction, it is not greater than the thickness of the shoring plate (1).
