Claims (5)

Transfervorrichtung zum Greifen und Absetzen eines gefüllten Sackes aus einer Anhängeposition an einem Füllstutzen S auf ein Transportband F und zum Überführen in eine Sackverschließvorrichtung,
gekennzeichnet
durch eine Klemmenanordnung (100) mit zwei etwa vertikalen, unten angelenkten Armen (2), an denen jeweils horizontale Klemmleisten (5) befestigt sind, wobei die Arme (2) zum Einklemmen der Sackfahne mittels der Klemmleisten (5) unterhalb von Sackklemmen am Füllstutzen mit ihren freien Enden im Sinne eines Schließens der Klemmleisten bewegbar sind und wobei die Arme (2) das zwischen sich in Richtung der Öffnungskante eines Sackes verlaufende Transportband F aufnehmen können,
durch eine lineare Antriebseinheit (200) zum Verfahren der Klemmenanordnung (100) in Richtung des Transportbandes F,
und durch eine Hubeinheit (300) für die Klemmenanordnung (100), um den zwischen den Klemmleisten eingeklemmten Sack auf das Transportband F zu setzen, wobei die Betätigungsmittel für die Klemmenanordnung (100), die Antriebseinheit (200) und die Hubeinheit (300) unter dem Transportband angeordnet sind.

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arme (2) jeweils gelenkig an ihren freien Enden befestigte Kopfstücke (4) haben, an denen die Klemmleisten (5) sitzen, wobei die Kopfstücke (4) über parallel zu den Armen (2) angeordnete Lenkerhebel (6) beim Schwenken der Arme im wesentlichen horizontal geführt werden.

daß die Hubeinheit (300) eine Unterplatte (14), eine Oberplatte (13) und dazwischenliegende doppelte Scherenhebel (33, 34) aufweist, die an ihren einen Enden in einer der Platten gelagert sind und mit an ihren anderen Enden befestigten Rollen (35, 36) sich an der jeweils anderen der Platten abstützen, und daß ein Hubzylinder (19) senkrecht zwischen den Platten wirksam ist.
