Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Radialgebläse mit einem Gehäuse mit spiralförmiger Innenkontur und einem geschlossenen Gebläserad mit rückwärts gekrümmten Schaufeln, dessen Druchmesser sehr viel größer als seine Strömungsaustrittsbreite ist.The invention relates to a radial fan with a housing with a spiral inner contour and a closed impeller with backward curved blades, the diameter of which is very much larger than its flow exit width.
Ein solches Radialgebläse ist bekannt (EP-A-410 271). Im Zusammenhang mit dem bekannten Radialgebläse ist erwähnt, daß es sich bei dem zu fördernden Medium um ein brennbares Gasgemisch handeln kann. In einem solchen Anwendungsfall wird das brennbare Gasgemisch dem Radialgebläse beispielsweise über eine Rohrleitung, einen sogenannten Ansaugkrümmer, zugeführt.Such a radial fan is known (EP-A-410 271). Das der Erfindung zugrunde liegende technische Problem besteht darin, einen Ansaugkrümmer mit folgenden Eigenschaften zu schaffen:
- 1. Er soll gasdicht sein.
- 2. Er soll in einfacher Weise als Gußteil hergestellt werden können.
- 3. Er soll strömungsgünstig ausgebildet sein, damit durch Vorsprünge, Kanten oder dgl. keine Geräusche entstehen.

Dieses technische Problem ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das topfförmige Gehäuse und ein aus einem zylindrischen Rohr und aus einem Rohrbogen bestehender Ansaugkrümmer in der Weise einstückig ausgebildet sind, daß ein Teil des Rohrbogens durch ein kastenförmiges mit dem Gehäuse dem Rohrbogen und dem Rohr einstückig verbundenes Teil ersetzt und in dieses ein Einsatzstück aus Kunststoff eingesetzt ist.This technical problem is solved according to the invention in that the pot-shaped housing and an intake manifold consisting of a cylindrical tube and a tube bend are formed in one piece in such a way that part of the tube bend is formed by a box-shaped part integrally connected to the housing, the tube bend and the tube replaced and an insert made of plastic is inserted into this.
Eine solche aus einem einstückig mit dem Gehäuse verbundenen Ansaugkrümmer bestehende Anrodnung ist konstruktionsbedingt gasdicht, so daß sich aufwendige Abdichtungsanordnungen erübrigen. Diese Anordnung weist eine Gestalt auf, welche die Herstellung als Gußteil in einer mehrteiligen Gußform erlaubt. In Fig. 1 ist der Teil des Radialgebläses gezeigt, soweit er für die Beschreibung der Erfindung von Bedeutung ist. Es ist eine einstückige Anordnung zu erkennen, welche sich aus dem flachen topfförmigen Gehäuse 1, dem zylindrischen Rohr 2 und dem Rohrbogen 3 zusammensetzt. Das Rohr 2 und der Rohrbogen 3 bilden einen Teil des Ansaugkrümmers Wie Fig. 1 verdeutlicht, fehlt bei der vorstehend erwähnten Anordnung der innere Rohrbogen. Er ist - wie bei gemeinsamer Betrachtung von Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 deutlich wird - durch das Verbindungsteil 4 ersetzt. In der zum Gehäuse 1 hin gerichteten Öffnung des Rohrbogens 3 ist das Einsatzstück 5 befestigt, welches aus der Einströmdüse 6 und dem einstückig mit diesem verbundenen Ergänzungsstück 7 besteht. Das Einsatzstück 5 besteht aus Kunststoff.
