Ein derartiges Verfahren ist bereits bekannt (EP-A-401 466). Bei dem bekannten Verfahren wird zuerst aus einem Schichtenverbund ein Teil einer Sicherheitsmarke ausgestanzt. Nach dem Ausstanzen wird diejenige Seite dieses Sicherheitsmarkenteils mit einem Kleber versehen, an der die Verbindung mit dem Substrat, beispielsweise einer Papierbanknote, in einem spƤteren Aufklebevorgang stattfinden soll. Als Kleber dient ein mit WƤrme aktivierbarer HeiƟkleber. Die WƤrme wird durch den Schichtenverbund der Sicherheitsmarke hindurch auf das Klebermaterial Ć¼bertragen. Dabei hat sich gezeigt, daƟ die verhƤltnismƤƟig engen Temperaturtoleranzen nicht immer gut eingehalten werden kƶnnen, sondern sehr von der Dicke und dem Aufbau der Einzelschichten des Schichtenverbunds der Sicherheitsmarke abhƤngen. Vielfach entwickelt der Kleber noch keine genĆ¼gende Klebekraft oder es werden Strukturen der Sicherheitsmarke zerstƶrt, welche die Sicherheitsfunktion sicherstellen sollen. Das vorbekannte Verfahren ist daher hinsichtlich der ZuverlƤssigkeit des hergestellten Erzeugnisses noch mangelhaft.Such a method is already known (EP-A-401 466). Claims (3)
