Abstract

The honing machine has a column (1) on which a supporting frame (5) for a work-holding fixture (7) and a reciprocating and rotary drive (15, 17) for the work spindle (10) are supported. Clamped in the work spindle (10) is a honing tool (11) which is passed through a top opening (12) of the supporting frame (5). Displacements can occur in the column structure due to temperature changes and other operationally induced effects, in the course of which the position of the cross beam (4) which carries the drive (15, 17) can change relative to the supporting frame (5). Mit der Abtriebswelle des Motors ist eine im Querschnitt polygonale Welle 20 antriebsverbunden, die zur Achse A-A parallel ausgerichtet ist und in ein nach hinten auskragendes Kopfteil des Lagerbokkes 9 mündet. Die Polygonwelle 20 treibt ein an sich bekanntes Zustellgetriebe an, das sich innerhalb des Lagerbockes 9 befindet und Zustellglieder für das Honwerkzeug verstellt (nicht dargestellt). In der Polygonwelle 20 ist ebenfalls ein Gelenk 20a vorgesehen, um Lageänderungen und Verkantungen des Zustellantriebes in bezug auf den Lagerbock 9 auszugleichen. Claims (10)

1. Honmaschine zur Bearbeitung von Werkstück-Bohrungen, mit einem Ständer (1), an dem ein insbesondere in sich geschlossener Stützrahmen (5) für eine Werkstück-Halterung (7) abgestützt ist, und der ein Querhaupt (4) aufweist, das einen Hubantrieb (15) und einen Drehantrieb (17) für eine vertikale Arbeitsspindel (10) trägt, die ein Honwerkzeug (11) antreibt, das in seiner Arbeitstellung durch eine Öffnung (12) in einer Wandung (5a) des Stützrahmens (5) hindurchgeführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsspindel (10) in einem Lagerbock (9) gelagert ist, der mittels des Hubantriebes (15) an einer Führung (8) entlang verfahrbar ist, die an dem Stützrahmen (5) starr befestigt ist, und daß das Honwerkzeug (11) die Öffnung (12) in der Wandung (5a) des Stützrahmens (5) berührungslos durchsetzt.
