Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to electrically wound closure devices, in particular those in which the operation of the movable closure member (fabric or other) is carried out using an electric motor carried by a tubular frame mounted at the very interior of the drum on which said member is wound.
We know that in this type of device, it is in practice essential to provide the possibility for the user to manually maneuver the drum when going up or when going down in the event that, as a result of any damage or power failure, operation using the electric drive motor would be impossible. If in certain constructions such an emergency operating mechanism can directly act on the external drum for emptying, in others, on the contrary, said operating is integrated into the internal frame itself which it is therefore necessary to rotate to ensure the rotation of the aforementioned drum.
Such a case has been illustrated schematically in FIG. 1 of the drawing appended hereto. The reference 1 designates the idling drum which is rotatably mounted around an axial frame 2, which encloses all of the organs of the device and first of all the
This construction is well known in practice and therefore does not require a more detailed description. It suffices to note that taking into account the rotation of the frame 2 during the emergency maneuver and the character obviously fixed to the side casing 8, it is essential to provide, between the
Various types of rotary manifolds have been proposed for this purpose, but it should be emphasized that the localization inside the
French document 2506529 shows a rotary contact intended to transmit electric currents from a fixed supply to a rotating part arranged coaxially with respect to each other by means of a contact strip split in the manner of a jealousy arranged on the periphery coaxially between the two parts.
It is to these drawbacks that the present invention mainly intends to remedy, and this using a rotary collector of new construction, specially adapted to the particular problem to be solved.
The rotary collector according to the invention is essentially remarkable in that it consists of two male and female insulating bodies which are capable of fitting one inside the other and whose walls facing each other. opposite have at least three stepped steps forming supports for annular metal discs arranged two by two and connected to two sets of electrical conductors, the connection between the discs which face each other being effected through at least one arched blade integral with the 'one of the discs so that a simple axial thrust exerted on one of the two insulating bodies ensures the transmission of current.
It is understood that in such a structure, the maintenance of the two insulating bodies does not require any fixing member since it suffices that the insulating bodies nested bear against axially fixed parts of the blind device. It is also understood that the operations of connecting the conductors to the annular discs are capable of being carried out in the workshop, the two bodies of the collector with their connections being simply fitted one inside the other at the time of mounting in the frame.
2.The appended drawing, given by way of example, will allow a better understanding of the invention, the characteristics which it presents and the advantages which it is capable of providing:
As indicated above, fig. 1 is a schematic axial section of a blind device with integrated emergency operation, capable of being fitted with a rotary collector according to the invention.
Fig.2 is an axial section on a larger scale, illustrating the arrangement of such a rotary collector and the mounting thereof inside the blind device.
Fig. 3 illustrates in perspective the conformation of each of the two insulating bodies of the rotary collector according to FIG. 2.
In fig. 2, the
On the
2.Fig. 3 clearly shows the arrangement of the
Regarding the electrical connections, we will observe that the
As more particularly shown in fig. 3, each
The
It is understood that once the
The assembly of the rotary collector thus arranged is very simple since the wiring is capable of being carried out in the workshop on each of the
It should also be observed that the plurality of cambered blades or
