Wenn die Seitenwände und sonstigen Teile des Standbodenbeutels aus Folie bestehen, werden zum stoffschlüs­sigen Verbinden der Kanten und Randstreifen bevorzugt Schweißnähte vorgesehen. Das bedeutet also, daß eine Gestaltsteifigkeit schon zu erreichen ist, wenn jeder der Beutelrandstreifen - im Bereich der stoffschlüssigen Verbindung - einmal um etwa 90° geknickt wird. Letztlich geht es also nur darum, daß der streifenförmig seitlich vom Beutel abstehende Rand dreidimensional gemacht wird. In diesem Sinne wird die Stabilität noch größer, wenn in bevorzugter Weise das Profil im Schnitt senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung einen ein- oder mehrfachen Halbkreis-, Dreieck- oder Rechteck-Quer­schnitt besitzt. Gute Versteifungen lassen sich auch erzielen, wenn der jeweilige Randstreifen als Halbkreisfaltung nach Fig. 7 oder als Schlangenlinienfaltung 20 nach Fig. 8 ausgebildet wird. Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, werden erfindungsgemäß die seitlichen Randstreifen 10 durch die oben genannte dreidimen­sionale Verformung versteift. Da aber auch der erfindungsge­mäße Beutel beim Füllen ausbaucht, zieht er die für das Aus­bauchen benötigte Folienfläche aus dem Kopfbereich ab, wo­durch es zu einem in Fig. 9 angedeuteten Einfaltungsbereich 23 angrenzend an die Schulter 22 kommt. Herstellungstechnisch bedingt lassen sich also Einfaltungen des Beutels beim Füllen nicht vermeiden. Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen wird jedoch erreicht, daß die Einfaltung des Beutels definiert in den oberen Bereich angrenzend an die Schulter 22 verschoben wird und demgemäß die Standfestigkeit des Beutels nicht mehr beeinträchtigten kann.In the case of stand-up pouches which have been customary to date, side folds form if the pouch is provided with a pouring spout. Claims (7)

1. Standbodenbeutel mit zwei Seitenwänden (2, 3), die im Randbereich entlang ihren Seitenkanten (6) unter Bildung abstehender Seitenrandstreifen (10) stoffschlüssig verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenrandstreifen (10) durch ein dreidimensionales Profil versteift sind.
