Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einbaubohle für einen Straßenfertiger, umfassend eine Grundbohle (1) die zwei mittlere stehende Wangen (2) -aufweist, an denen auf jeder Seite ein Ausfahrzylinder (3) angeordnet ist, der durch eine innere Wange (8) einer Ausfahrbohle (4) zur seitlichen Verlängerung der Grundbohle (1) geführt ist und an deren äußerer Wange (5) zum Ausfahren angreift, wobei jeweils zwischen innerer und äußerer Wange (5, 8) wenigstens eine Führungsstangen (7) parallel zur Zylinderachse vorgesehen ist, die durch eine äußere, an der Grundbohle (1) befindliche Wange (9) geführt ist. Die dargestellte Einbaubohle umfaßt eine Grundbohle 1 vorbestimmter Breite, die an einem Straßenfertiger angeordnet und mit zwei mittleren stehenden Wangen 2 verbunden ist, deren Hauptebenen sich in Fahrtrichtung des Straßenfertigers erstrecken. Der Ausfahrzylinder 3 ist am außenseitigen Ende seines Außensrohrs 3′ über einen Flansch 3˝ mit einem Verschiebebock 9 fest verbunden, der seinerseits zwei miteinander verbundene, zur Wange 2 parallele Platten 10 umfassen kann und ist mit Führungsbuchsen 11 für die Führungsstange(n) 7 versehen. Der Verschiebebock 9 ist längs der Führung 13 mittels eines Zylinders 14 verschiebbar, der zwischen der Wange 2 und dem Verschiebebock 9 wirkt. Die Führung 13 besitzt im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei sich parallel zur Ausfahrrichtung der Ausfahrbohle 4 erstreckende Leisten 15 mit einander zugewandten seitlichen Führungsnuten 16, wobei die Führung 13 eine Führungsplatte 17 an der Unterseite des Verschiebebocks 9 aufnimmt, die seitlich entsprechend den Führungsnuten 16 profiliert ist. Der Verschiebebock 9 bzw. seine Führungsplatte 17 (oder mit entsprechendem Abstand zueinander angeordnete Führungsleisten) ist ausreichend breit, damit eine gute Führung beim Verstellen des Verschiebebocks 9 gewährleistet wird.The
Der Ausfahrzylinder 3 fährt die Ausfahrbohle 4 gegenüber dem Verschiebebock 9 um einen vorbestimmten Hub H seitwärts bezüglich des Straßenfertigers aus, wodurch die innere Wange 6 in die Nähe der Innenseite des Verschiebebocks 9 gelangt. Der Verschiebebock 9 - und mit diesem die Ausfahrbohle 4 und der Ausfahrzylinder 3 - wird durch den Zylinder 14 in der Führung 13 seitwärts nach außen geschoben, so daß die Ausfahrbohlen 4 um die halbe Breite der Grundbohle 1 ausgefahren werden können, so daß die Ausfahrbohlen 4 die Grundbohle 1 in ihrer Breite verdoppeln können.
