Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein motorgetriebenes Müllsammelfahrzeug mit mindestens einem als Wechselbehälter mit lösbaren Kupplungen ausgebildeten Containern zur Aufnahme des Mülls,
- mit einem mit einer Einschüttöffnung versehenen Schüttraum,
- mit einer Hubeinrichtung zum Aufnehmen der zu entleerenden Müllbehälter, zu deren Transportieren in deren Entleerungsstellung oberhalb der Einschüttöffnung und zu deren Absetzen und
- mit mindestens einem als Wechselbehälter mit lösbaren Kupplungen ausgebildeten Container zur Aufnahme des Mülls,
- mit einer Hubvorrichtung zum Aufnehmen der zu entleerenden Müllgroßbehälter, zu deren Transportieren in deren Entleerungsstellung oberhalb der Einschüttöffnung und zu deren Absetzen,
- mit einer Förder- und Preßeinrichtung zum Transportieren des in die Einfüllöffnung entleerten Mülls in den Container durch dessen mit einer Verschlußeinrichtung versehene Einfüllöffnung und
- mit einem Stützrahmen oberhalb oder im Bereich der Einschüttöffnung für aufrecht stehend auf diesen abgesetzte Müllgroßbehälter, die zu ihrer Entleerung mit einem geteilten boden, dessen Hälften voneinander weg in die Öffnungsstellung und aufeinander zu in die Schließstellung bewegbar sind (siehe z.B. FR-A-2,461,664).

Ein aus der nicht vorveröffentlichten DE-OS 3,420,058 bekanntes Müllsammelfahrzeug ist mit einer Hubkippvorrichtung versehen, die einen um eine Querachse des Chassis schwenkbaren Hubraum aufweist, der an seinem freien Ende eine zu der Querachse parallele Grundschiene trägt, die zwischen ihrem Aufnahmebereich etwa unterhalb und vor dem Führerhaus und ihrem Schüttbereich oberhalb und hinter dem Führerhaus schwenkbar und mit ausfahrbaren und/oder ausschwenkbaren Einrichtungen zum Ergreifen von oder Ankuppeln an bereitgestellte Müllbehälter versehen ist. Mit diesem bekannten Müllsammelfahrzeug lassen sich übliche Haushaltsmüllbehälter oder aber auch größere 1,1 m -Müllbehälter erfassen und durch Verschwenken über das Führerhaus hinweg über Kopf in die Einschüttöffnung entleeren. An den Bodenhälften sind jeweils seitlich Rollen vorgesehen, die beim Aufsetzen des Müllbehälters auf die fahrzeugseitige Einschüttöffnung in entsprechenden Profilen eines Stützrahmens laufen. Bei diesem vorbekannten Stand der Technik öffnen sich die beiden Bodenhälften aufgrund des Eigengewichts des Müllbehälters, in dem die zuvor genannten Rollen entlang des Stützrahmens auseinanderlaufen und die Bodenhälften um die zuvor genannten Querachsen aufgeschwenkt werden. Nach diesem Stand der Technik wird der Behälter also zwangsweise beim Aufsetzen auf die Einschüttöffnung aufgrund seines Eigengewichts geöffnet. Dieser nur aufgrund des Eigengewichts wirkende Öffnungs- und Verschlußmechanismus gewährleistet aber nicht, daß der Müllbehälter genau dann geöffnet wird, wenn es gewünscht wird, sondern führt immer dann, wenn der Müllbehälter auf der Einschüttöffnung abgesetzt wird, zum automatischen Öffnen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein gattungsgemäßes Müllsammelfahrzeug derart weiterzubilden, daß der bereitgestellte Müllgroßbehälter sich einfach in die Einschüttöffnung entleeren und wieder absetzen läßt, wobei ein funktionssicheres Öffnen und Schließen der Müllgroßbehälter gewährleistet sein soll.The object of the invention is therefore to develop a generic refuse collection vehicle in such a way that the large waste container provided can be easily emptied into the pouring opening and put down again, a functionally reliable opening and closing of the large waste container being ensured.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dardurch gelöst, daß auf dem Stützrahmen Klauen, Zapfen oder dergleichen verschieblich gefuhrt sind lungsteil zum formschlüssigen Eingriff der Klauen, Zapfen oder dergleichen versehen ist, und daß letztere derart mit einem Antrieb versehen sind, daß sie zwangsweise den Bodenhälften die Öffnungs- und Schließbewegungen erteilen. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Müllsammelfahrzeug bildet dieses mit dem diesem angepaßten Müllgroßbehälter ein besonders vorteilhaftes System zur Einsammlung von in größeren Mengen anfallendem Müll in Müllgroßbehälter und zur rationellen Abfuhr dieses Mülls durch Entleeren in mit Containern versehene Müllsammelfahrzeuge. Damit schafft das erfindungsgemäße Müllsammelfahrzeug mit dem diesem angepaßten Müllgroßbehälter eine Erweiterung des aus der DE-OS 3,420,058 bekannten wirtschaftlichen Müllsammelsystems auf Müllgroßbehälter, also nach oben hin. Auch das erfindungsgemäße Müllsammelfahrzeug läßt sich so ausbilden, daß der Fahrer mit der Greif- oder Kupplungseinrichtung der Hubvorrichtung den bereitgestellten Müllgroßbehälter automatisch aufnehmen, entleeren und wieder absetzen kann, so daß auch mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Müllsammelfahrzeug ein Einmannbetrieb möglich ist.According to the invention, this object is achieved in that claws, pins or the like are displaceably guided on the support frame, the lung part is provided for positive engagement of the claws, pins or the like, and in that the latter are provided with a drive in such a way that they force the bottom halves of the opening and give closing movements. Vorzugsweise besteht der Großbehälter aus zwei schalen- oder wannenförmigen Behälterhälften, die um eine gemeinsame in deren vertikaler Mittelebene liegende Querachse an ihren oberen, innenliegenden Kantenbereichen schwenkbar gelagert sind, wobei mindestens eine Behälterhälfte mit die Seitenwand der anderen Behälterhälfte derart überlappenden Fortsätzen ihrer Seitenwandungen versehen ist, daß sich bei der öffnenden Aufklappbewegung im wesentlichen kein Spalt zwischen den Seitenwänden bildet, wobei auf der Querachse mindestens ein mindestens eine Behälterhälfte oben verschließender Einfüllklappendeckel gelagert ist und wobei Federn oder entsprechende Mittel vorgesehen sind, die die Behälterhälften in ihrer Schließstellung halten. Bei bekannten Müllgroßbehältern dient üblicherweise die Einfüllöffnung auch der Entleerung, so daß diese sehr groß gehalten und mit großen Deckeln verschlossen werden müssen, die sich von dem Benutzer nur schwer und umständlich handhaben lassen.
