Definitions
- a number of palisade elements of various shapes and materials are known and, based on this, it is an object of the present invention to specify palisade elements which, on the one hand, have a pleasing shape and, on the other hand, can be used in a straight line as well as in an arched and circular manner, such that two palisade elements standing side by side always touch each other. This object is achieved with a palisade element described in the claims.
- Fig. 1 one can see on the left a square, hollow palisade element 1 with a continuous opening 2 and on the right a rectangular, full palisade element 3.
- the palisade elements can be made of normal concrete, lightweight concrete or other such materials and have different colors. All four sides of this palisade element increase towards the middle and three sides of this palisade element have an indentation 4 in the middle and one side has a nose 5 in the middle. From the indentation 4 or Nose 5 towards the corners, the sides of the palisade element are straight. 1, the nose 5 engages in the indentation 4, so that the two parts form a toothing which extends over the entire length of the element. As can be seen from FIG.
- the toothing means consisting of a rounded nose and indentation, as well as the straight sides tapering towards the corners, provide the possibility of either straightening the palisades, as indicated on the right in FIG. 2, or side by side in arches put. From FIG. 2 in particular it can be seen that in each layer one palisade element has at least one linear contact with the other, that is to say that such palisade elements arranged in a row offer wind and privacy protection in every layer. It also results from the fact that the toothing means are arranged in the middle and the elements are in each case there the possibility to easily calculate the number of palisade elements.
- the opening 2 While in most cases the opening 2 is continuous, this is not absolutely necessary.
- the opening has the advantage that the palisade element has less tendency to be compressed when it dries out after it has been manufactured.
- the opening can also serve for additional anchoring, in that it is poured out after the palisade element has been inserted or, if palisade elements are placed one on top of the other, for receiving connecting elements.
- the openings can also be used to accommodate, for example, a swing or slide anchorage or lamp elements.
- the full, slimmer palisade element 3 has the same sides increasing towards the center and in the middle the three indentations 4 and the nose 5 as the hollow element 1.
- the nose is preferably on one of the longer sides.
- palisade elements 11 or 12 which, as shown in FIG. 5, have angular noses or indentations on two opposite sides or, as shown in FIG. 6, semicircular noses or indentations on two sides arranged in a corner .
- palisade elements 11 or 12 which, as shown in FIG. 5, have angular noses or indentations on two opposite sides or, as shown in FIG. 6, semicircular noses or indentations on two sides arranged in a corner .
- elements with three lugs and one indentation or four noses or indentations are examples of the full palisade elements 11 or 12 which, as shown in FIG. 5, have angular noses or indentations on two opposite sides or, as shown in FIG. 6, semicircular noses or indentations on two sides arranged in a corner .
- the dimensions of such palisade elements can be any.
- the full palisade can have a width of 14 and a length of 20cm and a height of 50cm
- the larger square hollow palisades can have sides of 20cm and a height of 75, 100 or 125cm.
- FIG. 4 is an embodiment variant in part Section shown, which is particularly suitable for children's playgrounds.
- Some of the hollow palisade elements 1 shown in FIG. 2 have a cap 6 made of an elastic plastic or rubber, known for example under the name Siliflex for floor plate surfaces, which can be plugged onto the hollow palisade element via a pin part 9.
- the outer contour of this cap corresponds to that of the palisade element on which the cap is placed.
- the palisade elements are concreted in a foundation to give them a good hold.
- the cap does not necessarily have to have the outer dimensions of the palisade elements and can also protrude and be of a different color. It is possible to provide the large palisade element 13 with a blunt hole 14, so that this is closed at the top.
- the palisade element 7 shows a further embodiment variant of a palisade element.
- the palisade element 7 with a non-continuous opening 10 extending from below consists entirely of a rubber-elastic plastic, e.g. as indicated above and can be placed on a metal or concrete pile 8 which has already been concreted in beforehand and, if appropriate, can be glued to it.
- the external shape corresponds to that of the other palisade elements, so that there is the possibility of using such attachable palisade elements made of plastic with other palisade elements made of concrete.
- Such palisade elements are also particularly suitable for children's playgrounds or possibly for parking lots or the like.
- the toothing means need not be arranged in the middle of the sides, in which case the sides increase towards the toothing means, respectively. from these taper straight to the corners.

Abstract
Description
A number of palisade elements of various shapes and materials are known and, based on this, it is an object of the present invention to specify palisade elements which, on the one hand, have a pleasing shape and, on the other hand, can be used in a straight line as well as in an arched and circular manner, such that two palisade elements standing side by side always touch each other. This object is achieved with a palisade element described in the claims.
- Fig. 1 zeigt zwei verschiedenen Palisadenelemente in Draufsicht,
- Fig. 3 zeigt eine andere Einzäunung vermittels erfindungsgemässer Palisadenelemente,
- Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt nach Linie IV-IV der Fig. 2,
- 1 shows two different palisade elements in plan view,
- 2 shows an example of a fence by means of palisade elements according to the invention,
- 3 shows another fencing by means of palisade elements according to the invention,
- 4 shows a section along line IV-IV of FIG. 2,
- 5 and 6 show different rows of rosewood elements from above and
- 7 shows a section through an embodiment variant of a palisade element.
In Fig. 1 one can see on the left a square,
While in most cases the
The full, slimmer
Einbuchtungen aufzuweisen. Für besondere Zwecke ist es selbstverständlich auch möglich, Elemente mit drei Nasen und einer Einbuchtung oder vier Nasen oder Einbuchtungen vorzusehen.3 also shows that the full palisade elements can not only be strung together on their long sides, but can also be strung together on long and short sides. Based on this, it is also possible to provide
The dimensions of such palisade elements can be any. For example, the full palisade can have a width of 14 and a length of 20cm and a height of 50cm, and the larger square hollow palisades can have sides of 20cm and a height of 75, 100 or 125cm.
Some of the
The
The toothing means need not be arranged in the middle of the sides, in which case the sides increase towards the toothing means, respectively. from these taper straight to the corners.
