Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemmvorrichtung zum Festklemmen von insbesondere Blechen gemäß Oberbegriff des Hauptanspru­ches.The invention relates to a clamping device for clamping in particular sheet metal according to the preamble of the main claim.

Derartige Klemmvorrichtungen, die auch als Klemmgreifer be­zeichnet werden, sind allgemein bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es eines speziellen, druckschriftlichen Nachweises nicht bedarf. Derartige Klemmvorrichtungen dienen insbesondere dazu, Bleche oder sonstige Teile in Pressen, Verformungs- oder Stanzanlagen lösbar, aber ausreichend fest verspannt ein- und wieder auszubringen bzw. von Station zu Station zu fördern. Dafür sitzen in der Regel mehrere Klemmvorrichtungen entsprechend beabstandet an einem hin- und herbeweglichen Fördergestell, mit dessen Hilfe die Bleche, von den Klemmvor­richtungen erfaßt, von Station zu Station weitergelegt wer­den. Die Erfassung der Bleche erfolgt zwischen den beiden Klemmbacken, von denen die bewegliche und vom Betätigungsele­ment verstellbare in der Regel mit Fixierungsspitzen ausge­stattet ist, während die andere mittels Halteteiles für das Betätigungselement in geeigneter Weise an einer zu Bear­beitungsstation gehörenden Auflage des Fördergestelles fi­xiert wird. Bei den für derartige Klemmvorrichtungen benutz­ten Betätigungselementen handelt es sich in der Regel um Stellzylinder, deren Kolbenstange am freien Ende in geeigne­ter Weise mit der beweglichen Klemmbacke gekoppelt ist. So­weit bei solchen Vorrichtungen das Kolbenstangenende eine Kurvenbewegung auszuführen hat, ist es auch bereits bekannt, das Betätigungselement am Halter schwenkbar zu lagern, um ei­ner solchen Kurvenbewegung folgen zu können.Clamping devices of this type, which are also referred to as clamping grippers, are generally known and in use, so that no special, printed proof is required. Um die Klemmvorrichtung so kompakt wie möglich zu gestalten, ist diese vorteilhaft derart ausgebildet, daß die betätigbare Klemmbacke und die winkeleinstellbare Auflageklemmbacke für das Werkstück auf einer gemeinsamen Achse angeordnet sind, die sowieso für die bewegliche Klemmbacke vorhanden sein muß. Die winkeleinstellbare Klemmbacke ist dafür im Bereich ihrer hinteren Seitenflanken mit zwei an der Achse angelenkten Ge­lenklaschen versehen,und am Halter für das Betätigungselement sind entsprechende Gelenklaschen angeordnet. Bezüglich der Fixierbarkeit der winkeleinstellbaren Auflageklemmbacke zum Halter sind die Gelenklaschen vorteilhaft an ihren gegenein­anderliegenden Flankenflächen in bekannter Weise mit Verra­stungselementen versehen, die bspw. im Sinne einer Stirnver­zahnung mit geeigneter Profilierung ausgestattet sind, so daß sich diese Verzahnung beim Festspannen gegeneinander verra­sten und eine starre Verbindung zwischen der mit gewunschter Neigung eingestellten Auflageklemmbacke und dem Halter her­stellen. Sofern die Stirnverzahnung nicht sehr stark profi­liert ist, kann es für die Lösung und Festspannung der Verra­stung ausreichen, die als Spannbolzen ausgebildete Achse zu lösen bzw. festzuspannen und beim Festspannen die betreffen­den Laschen des Halters dadurch geringfügig gegeneinander zu­sammenzubiegen und gegen die Verrastungen der damit festzu­stellenden Klemmbacke zu verspannen. Bei einer stärkeren Pro­filierung derartiger Verrastungselemente, der durch ein Ver­biegen der Laschen nicht mehr zu genügen wäre, kann die Klemmvorrichtung vorteilhaft derart ausgebildet werden, daß in mindestens einer der Gelenklaschen des Halters ein in be­zug auf die Achse axial verstellbarer, aber gegen Drehung fi­xierter, mit Verrastungselementen versehener Klemmbackenfest­stellring angeordnet ist, was noch näher erläutert wird. Durch diese Ausbildung ergibt sich nach Lösung der Achse aus­reichend Spiel für den Klemmbackenfeststellring, der natür­lich im Halter bei axialer Verschiebemöglichkeit drehfest an­geordnet sein muß. Zweckmäßig sind dabei die betätigbare und die win­keleinstellbare Klemmbacke 2, 3 auf einer gemeinsamen Achse 5 des Halters 1 gelagert, wobei natürlich die betätigbare Klemmbacke 2 drehbar auf dieser Achse 5 sitzt, die auf minde­stens einer Seite mit mindestens einer Spannmutter 5′ verse­hen ist. Die winkeleinstellbare Auflageklemmbacke 3 ist im Bereich ihrer hinteren Seitenflanken 6 mit zwei auf der Achse 5 gelagerten Gelenklaschen 7 versehen und am Halter 1 für das Betätigungselement 1′ sind entsprechende Gelenklaschen 8 an­geordnet, bzw. diese Laschen 8 werden von den entsprechenden Enden des Halters 1 gebildet, an dessen anderen Ende, wie ebenfalls aus den Fig. 1 bis 3 ersichtlich, das Betätigungs­element 1′ bei 1˝ schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Falls die Tiefe der Profilierung der Verrastungselemente 10 eine Ausrastung und damit eine Verstellung nur mit beträcht­lichem axialem Spiel nach Lösung der Achse 5 zu bewerkstelli­gen sind, kann die Klemmbacke bspw. im Sinne der Fig. 6 aus­gebildet werden, d.h. derart, daß in mindestens einer der Ge­lenklaschen 8 des Halters 1 ein in bezug auf die Achse 5 axial verstellbarer, aber gegen Drehung fixierter, mit Verra­stungselementen 10 von den entgegengesetzt gerichteten Verra­stungselementen an den Laschen 7 der einstellbaren Klemmbacke 3 gelöst werden können. Unabhängig davon wird hierbei die Einstellung mit einem Stellglied 14, bspw. in Form einer kleinen Gewinde­spindel bewirkt, die bspw. mit einer Kugelkopfausbildung an einem Ende mit einem Fortsatz 3′ der Auflageklemmbacke 3 ge­koppelt ist. Mit seinem anderen Ende greift das Stellglied 14 in eine drehbare Gewindeaufnahme ein, so daß bei Betätigung der Spindel die Auflageklemmbacke 3 winklig zum Halter 1 ver­stellt werden kann. Elemente zur Fixierung der Spindel in ge­wünschter Stellung sind nicht dargestellt, abgesehen davon, daß das vorzusehende Gewinde zweckmäßig mit selbsthemmender Steigung ausgestattet sein kann.In the embodiment according to FIG. 7, the adjustability of the adjustable support jaw 3 is effected in a different way. 1. Klemmvorrichtung zum Festklemmen von insbesondere Blechen, bestehend aus zwei aneinem Halter (1) für ein Betätigungselement (1′) relativ zueinander in Schließ- und Öffnungsstellung bewegbar angeordneten Klemmbacken (2, 3), von denen die mit einem Stellhebel (13) verse­hene Klemmbacke (2) mit dem Betätigungsglied (4) des am Halter (1) schwenkbar gelagerten Betätigungselements (1′) gekoppelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflageklemmbacke (3) am Halter (1) unabhängig von der Klemmbacke (2) winkeleinstellbar und in unter­schiedlichen Stellungen fixierbar angeordnet ist und daß der Stellhebel (13) in bezug auf die Klemmbacke (2) zu dieser ebenfalls winkeleinstellbar und in unter­schiedlichen Stellungen fixierbar ausgebildet ist.
