Abstract

The clip is particularly suitable for attaching cards (identity cards) to items of clothing, such as the lapel of a sports jacket. Der Anstecker 1 ist z.B. ganz aus Kunststoff (Spritzguß) ge­fertigt und besteht aus der einstückigen Klammer 2 und dem Kartenhalter 3. Der Kartenhalter 3 wiederum wird aus den bei­den Schenkeln 4,5 gebildet, die mit einemKunststoff-Film­scharnier 6 verbunden sind. Der Schenkel 4, der nach hinten zu liegen kommt, wird durch die Stanzung 7 der Karte 8 ge­schlauft und mit dem zweiten Schenkel 5 zusammengeklappt, der deshalb flächenhaft rund ausgebildet sein kann und die Pa­trize einer Kunststoff-Schnappverbindung trägt. Auf seiner Vorderseite kann der Schenkel 5 ein bestimmtes Design oder eine Werbung tragen (reliefartig ausgebildet oder aufgedruckt). Der hintenliegende Schenkel 4 hat eine so große Öffnung 10, daß der Verschließknopf 11 hindurchgesteckt werden kann. Damit die Karte zwischen den Schenkeln besser fixiert wird, ist an einem der Schenkel ein Steg 12 angebracht, der als Arretie­rung wirkt. Die etwas dickere Ausgestaltung 13 des vorderen Schenkels 5 rund um die Patrize 9 gewährleistet einerseits die Parallelität der beiden Schenkel 4 und 5, andererseits aber vor allem auch den sicheren und spielfreien Sitz des Ver­schließknopfes 11 in der Matrize 14, die am vorderen Schenkel 15 der Klammer 2 angebracht ist. Mit diesem enstehenden Dreh­gelenk ist die Klammer 2 gegen den Kartenhalter 3 verdrehbar. Die Verbindung zur Klammer 2 stellt eine KST-­Schnappverbindung her, deren Patrize 9 am Schenkel 4 des Kar­tenhalters 3 angeordnet ist. Die Patrize 9 schnappt in die entsprechende Matrize 14 am vorderen Schenkel 15 der Klammer 2 ein. Damit ist die Klammer 2 gegen den Kartenhalter 3 ver­drehbar. Um ein unbeabsichtigtes Verstellen zu vermeiden, kann eine Rasteinrichtung vorgesehen sein, die aus der Rast­nase 16a am Kartenhalter 3 und einem umlaufenden Rastring 17a an dem vorderen Klammerarm 15 besteht. Deshalb ist der vorde­re Klammerarm 15 auch flächenhaft so ausgebildet, daß bei je­der beliebigen Drehstellung sowohl die Rastnase 16a als auch der hakenförmige Fortsatz 24 abgedeckt ist, um ein Herausfallen der Karte 8 zu verhindern. Zur einwandfreien Lagerung dienen die Stege 25,26 und außerdem 27, der zusätzlich noch die Karte 8 an ihrer oberen Kante arretiert. Um das Einfädeln der Karte 8 zu erleichtern, ist am hakenförmigen Fortsatz 24 eine Lasche 28 ausgebildet, auf die die Karte 8a mit ihrer Lochstanzung 7 aufgefädelt und nach oben geschoben wird.
