Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a waterproof shoe in the adhesive method (Ago method), with a shaft made of a waterproof upper material, the shaft completed in a known manner including the tip and heel and then placed on the last and fixed to the last Insole is pulled and connected to the insole by gluing and / or nailing and then after solving the fixations between the insole and last the outsole is attached to the insole and the shaft.
Conventional waterproof shoes made of a material using an upper having a Teflon intermediate layer are made by first making an inner shoe in the form of a stocking from the upper material, all the seams used for manufacturing of the stocking needed to be insulated with a special ribbon. This stocking also forms the outside of the upper material. For the further manufacturing process is then inserted into the only one-side open stocking a last, which is relatively expensive. Furthermore, attaching the heel counter to the closed stocking as well as attaching the top is relatively cumbersome and time consuming. After inserting the last in the boot liner, the insole is attached to the shoe, whereupon the shoe sole is vulcanized onto the stocking so prepared. The disadvantage of this known method is that a complex vulcanizing machines are needed here, which are profitable only for large series and on the other hand only a rubber or plastic sole can be applied to the shoe. Furthermore, only the lining material can be used, which is already applied from the house on the Teflon film. A leather lining, for example, is unthinkable because it has a different shrinkage behavior to the Teflon film. The use of such an upper material with a Teflon film is thus only of limited use, and indeed for very specific sole and Futterausbildungen.
The invention has for its object to propose a method of the type mentioned, in which using any waterproof inner material as well as any sole can be used without the waterproof properties of the material used in the manufacture of the shoe are affected ,
This invention is achieved with the features of the characterizing part of claim l.
The invention thus consists in that the known bonding method (Ago method) is used, that is, the shaft is produced in a conventional manner, wherein for the shaft, a material is used, which is impermeable to water, but passes water vapor. Such a material is sold, for example, under the trademark "Gore-Tex". The material consists of three layers, a layer forming the inner lining of the shoe, a middle layer of Teflon film and an outer layer forming the surface of the shoe. After completion of the upper, including the heel and heel, as well as the chuck, the upper is sheathed, with the upper material folded over and secured to the insole fixed to the last. If an additional inner lining is used, it is attached to the upper edge of the impermeable material by folding over and optionally sewn. The attachment of the shaft on the insole can be done either by nailing or by gluing, wherein it has proven to be advantageous to stick the front portion of the shoe and to nail the rear area. It is thus obtained a shoe in which the waterproof outer skin of the shaft, the insole from the lower side only partially overlaps. After solving the fixation between the last and the insole, a midsole is glued to the underside of the shoe, on the insole and on the folded edge of the shaft, which is advantageously applied by means of pressure and / or heat, so that they are the Shape of the insole and on this applied upper material adapts and also all attachment Filled with, which are caused by the attachment of the shaft on the insole. It is obtained as a waterproof shoe on which then any sole can be applied.
For the preparation of the bond, a halogenating agent is advantageously used, which serves for the preparation of the surfaces to be bonded together. Following the application of the outsole then the last can be removed from the shoe.
The advantage of the method according to the invention is therefore that essentially the known bonding method can be used, wherein no Einleistung in a closed stocking is required. A waterproof shoe made in this way can thus be manufactured in the known operations without the need for expensive special machines, whereby this shoe is much easier to adapt to the fashion, since it can be provided with any inner lining and soles. This is not possible in the prior art.
Als Kleber wird vorteilhaft ein Polyurethan-Kleber verwendet. As an adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive is advantageously used.
- Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. l.
- Fig. L is a longitudinal section through an inventively designed shoe and
- Fig. 2 is a section along line II-II in Fig. L.
The shoe designated overall by 1 consists of a shaft 2 made of a material consisting of an
By applying the midsole on the folded ends of the shaft, a watertight closure of the shoe is obtained, so that the outsole no longer needs to take over any sealing properties. This means that the shoe manufacturer is completely free in the choice of outsole.
