  • wobei die Gegenstände durch einen Zuförderer auf eine im Bereich einer Einschubstation in Umfangsrichtung des Faltrevolvers hin- und herbewegbare Einschubplattform förderbar, durch die Einschubplattform auf die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Faltrevolvers beschleunigbar und vonder Einschubplattform in eine benachbarte Tasche des Faltrevolvers einschiebbar sind,
  • wobei die Einschubplattform an einer gleichachsig zum Faltrevolver in einer vertikalen Ebene schwenkbaren Stapelschwinge angeordnet ist,
  • wobei die Gegenstände auf der Einschubplattform durch einen ebenfalls in Umfangrichtung des Faltrevolvers hin- und herbewegbares Preßorgan, nämlich eine Preßplatte biszum Einschub in die Taschen zusammendrückbar sind,
  • und wobei die Preßplatte an einer in vertikaler Ebene, relativ zur Stapelschwinge bewegbaren Preßschwinge angeordnet ist.

  • b) die Stapelschwinge und die Preßschwinge sind je für sich durch gesonderte Antriebe, nämlich durch einen Pendelantrieb bzw. einen Schwenkantrieb, synchron antreibbar.

Nachfolgend gelangt die Tasche 13 mit Stapel 10 und teilweise gefaltetem Zuschnitt 11 in den Bereich eines Siegelaggregats 40. Durch die Relativstellung der Umlenkrollen 42, 43 schmiegt sich ein fördernder bzw. mitlaufender Fördertrum an die Umfangsfläche des Faltrevolvers 12 an. An der Außenseite des Fördertrums 45 befindet sich ein Heizelement, nämlich ein bogenförmiges Heizsegment 46. Dieses ist konzentrisch zum Faltrevolver 12 bogenförmig ausgebildet, jedoch so angeordnet, daß es keine ständige Berührung mit dem Abdeckband 41 bzw. dessen Fördertrum 45 hat.Subsequently, the pocket 13 with stack 10 and partially folded blank 11 arrives in the area of a sealing unit 40. Dabei ist von Bedeutung, daß aufgrund der entsprechend gewählten Abmessungen der Stapel 10 einschließlich gefaltetem Zuschnitt 11 geringfügig in Radialrichtung aus der Tasche 13 herausragt, also über die Umfangsfläche des Faltrevolvers 12 hinwegsteht. Dadurch wird das Abdeckband 41 bzw. dessen Fördertrum 45 im Bereich einer Tasche 13 durch den Stapel 10 geringfügig angehoben, nämlich bis zur Anlage an dem Heizsegment 46. Hier wird somit örtlich im Bereich der gefalteten Schlauchlappen 37, 38 die Wärme zur Durchführung der Siegelung und auch ein gewisser Druck übertragen. Das Heizsegment 46 erstreckt sich über einen dem Abstand von drei aufeinanderfolgenden Taschen 13 entsprechenden Bereich des Faltrevolvers 12, ausreichend, um eine stabile Siegelung durchzuführen.When the pocket 13 with the contents reaches the area of the cover band 41, the tubular flap 38 lying forward in the conveying direction is folded over against the outer side surface with partial overlap with the tubular flap 37.     - in which the articles can be conveyed, by means of a feed conveyor (15), onto a push-in platform (20) which is movable to and fro in the peripheral direction of the folding turret (12) in the region of a push-in station (14), can be accelerated by the push-in platform (20) to the circumferential speed of the folding turret (12) and can be pushed from the push-in platform (20) into an adjacent pocket (13) of the folding turret (12),
    - in which the push-in platform (20) is arranged on a stack rocker (21) which has the same axis as the folding turret (12) and is pivotal in a vertical plane,
    - in which the articles on the push-in platform (20) are compressible by a pressing member, namely a press plate (22), which is also movable to and fro in the peripheral direction of the folding turret (12), until they have been pushed into the pockets (13),
    - and in which the press plate (22) is arranged on a pressing rocker (25) movable in a vertical plane relative to the stack rocker (21),
    characterized by the following features:
    a) the pressing rocker (25) is also pivotal along the same axis as the folding turret (12),
    b) the stack rocker (21) and the pressing rocker (25) are synchronously drivable independently by separate drives, namely by a pendulum drive (86) and a pivot drive (94).
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the stack rocker (21), in the lower end position, is level with the feed conveyor (15) or a stationary conveying plate (19), adjacent to which is the push-in platform (20) for receiving an article.
  3. Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a radially movable pushing-in device (23) for pushing the articles from the push-in platform (20) into the pockets (13) is arranged on the pressing rocker (25).
  4. Apparatus according to Claim 1 and one or more of the other claims, characterized in that the stack rocker (21) is extended beyond the axis of rotation of the folding turret (12) and, at the end located opposite the push-in platform (20) in the region of a push-out station (47), carries a push-out platform (48) which rocks to and fro in the peripheral direction of the folding turret (12) in correspondence with the push-in platform (20) and onto which largely ready-folded packs (24) pass while being pushed out of the pocket (13) during a movement in synchronism with the folding turret (12).
  5. Apparatus according to Claim 4 and one or more of the other claims, characterized in that the packs (24) can be pushed out of the pocket (13) and onto the push-out platform (48) below a horizontal (middle) discharge plane, and in that, when the push-out platform (48) returns into an (upper) initial position corresponding to the discharge plane, the packs (24) can be conveyed from this.
  6. Apparatus according to Claim 5, characterized in that the push-out platform (48) is designed as a push-out pocket, with an upper wall (57) and lateral folding members, especially folding thumbs (56), for folding side tabs (55) of the blank (11) during the push-out movement.
  7. Apparatus according to Claim 1 and one or more of the other claims, characterized in that the pressing rocker (25) is extended beyond the axis of rotation of the folding turret (12), and the free ends are connected to one another by means of a transverse rod (83) and in that the pivot drive (94) acts on the transverse rod (93).
  8. Apparatus according to Claim 1 and one or more of the other claims, characterized in that arranged in the pockets (13) of the folding turret (12) are strip-shaped push-out devices (51) which can be pushed out in the radial direction by radially directed rams (63) with guide rollers (64) running in a control groove (66) of cam discs (65), folding thumbs (52, 53) being arranged at a distance from one another on the push-out devices (51) as a lateral limitation of the pockets (13).
  9. Apparatus according to Claim 1 and one or more of the other claims, characterized by two production tracks, the folding turret (12) common to both production tracks having axially continuous pockets each with a continuous push-out device (51).
  10. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterized in that the push-in platform (20) and/or the push-out platform (18) are designed as continuous members which are common to both production tracks and which each extend adjacent to the folding turret (12) beyond the total length thereof.
  11. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterized in that the stack rocker (21) and/or the pressing rocker (25) extend on both sides of the folding turret (12) and are mounted rotatably at the ends of a hollow shaft (79) concentric to the folding turret (12), especially in a bearing recess (92) thereof.
