Description

The object of the present invention is to produce shelves with shelves or spokes, the original characteristic of which lies essentially in the particular structure of the uprights intended to support the shelves by means of appropriate hooking means acting in traction. Special attachment devices with folded fins and protrusions obtained by stamping are provided to allow mounting at well determined positions both transverse walls of vertical separation as vertical planes forming the frame of the shelving itself.

All of these devices have been designed to allow easy assembly, even by non-specialized personnel, and also to provide maximum security and stability to the assembly once assembled.

As can be noted in fig. 1, the shelving comprises uprights 1 in the form of a hollow box with a T- shaped section, which are pierced with lateral openings 2, preferably with a square profile, and rear openings 3 with a rectangular profile, the openings 3 being arranged by pairs on either side of a vertical notch 4, which has enlarged zones 5 and delimits the section of the upright 1 towards the rear.

Inside the openings 2 with a square profile are engaged supports 6 of particular shape on which the shelves or trays 7 of the shelving hook.

These supports 6 have rearwardly two fins 8 which penetrate inside the upright or pillar 1 by adhering to the internal face of the latter, each support 6 bearing downwards on projections or teeth 9 which oppose its lowering and ensure its blocking due to the weight of the spoke 7 envisaged. The latter comprises a folded border with a rectangular profile at each of its longitudinal edges, this border being pierced with an opening 10 with a square profile formed at the underside of said border in order to allow the penetration of the vertical part of the corresponding support 6 which supports the planned radius.

It will be noted that the attachment is all the more stable the more the radius is loaded, owing to the fact that the fins 8 of the support 6 which project inside the upright 1 are turned upwards, while the projections 9 which are supported on the outer face of said upright 1 are turned downward.

On the rectangular openings 3 made in groups of four in the rear face of the upright 1 are hung corresponding finsll provided at the end of transverse beams 12, themselves in the form of a housing and provided with lower reinforcements 13 with arcuate section.

These transverse beams 12 can be replaced, as shown in FIG. 2, by intermediate transverse walls 14 which partially penetrate into the notch 4 provided on the rear face of the upright 1 until it rests on the base 15 of the upright considered.

10, 11 et 12.As can best be seen in fig. 8 and 9, each transverse wall 14 comprises, in the vicinity of its vertical edges, projections 16 with oval profile as well as protrusions 17 and 18 with rectangular profile, alternately facing opposite sides of said wall. The shape of the projections 17 and 18 is particularly visible in FIG. 10, 11 and 12.

12, it will be observed that the projections 17 and 18 have an oblique profile which allows the engagement of the wall 14 inside the vertical notch 4 formed in the rear face of the upright 1, by simply forcing said notch and hanging then the edges of the rear face of the upright, the wall or panel 14 thus remaining securely attached to it.

3, we can note the presence of rear separation walls 19 which are hooked, using projections 20 (fig. 7) folded at right angles, in slots 21 formed in pairs on the front face of the upright 1.

4). F ig. 15, 16 and 17 show in detail one of the rear walls 19. In fig. 15, it will be noted in particular that each wall 19 has on its two vertical sides two fins 20 in the shape of an "L" which, prior to mounting, are folded at right angles as shown in FIG. 17, by means of a simple manual operation or, if necessary, with the help of pliers, to then be mounted inside the slots 21 (fig. 4).

The upper edge of each wall 19 (FIGS. 15 and 16) is advantageously provided with a series of upper tabs 22 and 23 separated from each other by notches 24 alternately folded back on one side and on the other relative to the plane of the wall 19, as shown in f ig. 16, so as to constitute a seat into which is introduced a similar upper wall which is thus firmly made integral with the immediately lower wall.

In this way, it is possible to reduce the height of the elementary walls which, by means of a superposition in sufficient number; may allow the desired height to be obtained for all of the shelving.

An identical system is provided for the transverse walls 14 (FIGS. 8 and 9), which have tabs 25 and 26 in their upper part separated by intermediate notches 27 and turned alternately on the opposite sides with respect to the axial vertical plane of each wall 4; it is thus possible to limit the height of each wall 14 while being able to obtain the total height desired for the shelving by superimposing as many panels as will be necessary for the goal to be achieved.

It is easy to understand the advantages presented by the shelving which has just been described and which is illustrated on the boards of the attached drawings, this shelving uniting, with a simplicity of construction which significantly reduces the manufacturing cost, great stability and great safety at equal load level, as well as considerable ease of assembly and wide possibilities of use.

Obviously, the particular details of realization of the shelving have been described and illustrated on the accompanying drawing boards according to a special structural embodiment, indicated by simple non-limiting example, these details being able to assume different shapes and aspects. respecting the essential characteristics of the invention, without going beyond the scope of the patent.
