Abstract

In order to be able to connect a thrust member (9), consisting of at least two parts, to the upper transverse beam (4) of a wing (5) detachably but reliably and quickly, it is coupled at both ends to the two ends of a removable connection part (36). The two connection points are constructed as bayonet-type connections. The latter guarantee a rapid and secure connection which does not need securing by additional elements, such as a covering rail. One of the two connections is advantageously also constructed as a length adjustment device (38). <IMAGE>

Description

Opening device for an at least tiltable sash of a window, a door or the like. With an opening arm which is mounted on the sash in a rotatable and slidable manner and which at its wing end is connected in the longitudinal direction by a pin-and-hole connection with one on the upper side of the upper sash cross member Slider is connected, wherein a securing element rotatably mounted on the slider, secured in its securing position against rotation, but releasably held, is designed as a double-armed lever, one lever arm of which forms an actuating handle and the other lever arm overlaps the extending arm end in the securing position. Such a display device is known from DE-A 1 708450. The securing element of this opening device is held in its securing point by means of a spring. On the one hand, springs are expensive and on the other hand, they are prone to failure. In addition, their assembly requires a corresponding amount of work. In the case of this device, the assembly is quite complex in that the securing element must be held in a release position with one hand and the extension arm must be assembled or possibly also dismantled with the other hand. If the spring is tight, a corresponding amount of force is required, while with a weak spring, the securing effect is correspondingly less.

From US-A 2899195 it is known to provide an anti-rotation attachment on a securing element which interacts with a hole in the slider. With this construction, it is not possible for the securing element to overlap the associated end of the raising arm, rather the latter must disadvantageously be equipped with a pin which passes through both the slider and the securing element from below.

The object of the invention is seen in developing an opening device of the type described at the outset in such a way that the wing-side end of the opening arm can be assembled and disassembled in a simple, inexpensive but functionally reliable manner.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that in the case of an opening device for an at least tiltable sash of a window, a door or the like is connected to the top of the upper wing cross member in its longitudinal direction slidable, wherein a rotatably mounted on the slider, secured in its securing position against rotation, but releasably held securing element is designed as a double-armed lever, one lever arm forms an actuating handle and the other lever arm in the Secure position engages over the extension arm end, the securing element engages in a guide groove of the wing by means of an anti-rotation attachment, a nose or the like, and it carries the anti-rotation attachment on one lever arm, at least this lever arm being resiliently bendable. This device eliminates the need for a separate spring and, as a result, the associated assembly process. As a result, you save not only the manufacturing costs for the spring, but also its assembly costs. The pin-hole connection of the extension arm and wing ensures a problem-free and quick connection in a known manner when using simple connecting elements. By turning the safety element, the connection of the extension arm can be unlocked quickly and easily and the latter can then be removed. The same applies to assembly. The snap-in connection of the anti-rotation attachment of the securing element with the guide groove of the wing prevents the securing element from rotating in any possible sliding position of the sliding piece. So there is no immediate fixing of the securing element on the slider, but a non-rotatable holding of the securing element in its securing position via a guide groove of the wing, which prevents the rotation of the securing element in any possible shift position. The turning is made possible by a suitable measure which is absolutely safe against self-triggering.

With regard to a compact design, it is provided in particular that the other lever arm, which in the securing position overlaps the extension arm end, is bent twice in opposite directions, so that the securing element can be placed directly on the slide piece. This double offset is dimensioned according to the thickness of the extension arm. The shape of the handle depends on the local conditions, but if possible it should not protrude beyond the level of the free bent end piece. However, this easily allows a very favorable shape to be provided for the handle, for example as an inclined bracket or the like.

If you lift the resiliently bendable lever arm far enough, the anti-rotation projection comes out of the guide groove and you can then turn the securing element at least so far that it releases the end of the arm. If the securing element is made of sheet metal and the anti-rotation attachment is shaped for punching and bending, the one lever arm is approximately bow-shaped, which is resilient enough to be lifted, and yet enables a relatively rigid anti-rotation attachment.

A further development of the invention provides that the guide groove is located on a guide rail attached to the upper wing spar det, which also forms a longitudinal guide for the slider. This guide rail can thus be used in two respects and this saves a separate locking device between the securing element and the slider.

A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the guide rail has a substantially U-shaped cross-section, the free U-leg ends being angled inwards to form anti-lifting bars for the sliding piece and the gap between the securing bars being the guide groove for the anti-twist device Approach of the securing element forms. The guide rail can, for example, be inserted immovably in a groove of conventional size on the upper side of the upper wing spar. The lifting safety bars create a channel that narrows towards the outside, which, although it allows an unimpeded movement of the slide, prevents it from being lifted perpendicular to the direction of movement. If necessary, the lifting safety bars can be widened so that fastening bars protrude outwards.

A further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the securing element can preferably only be rotated to a limited extent in one direction of rotation and the fold of the fixed frame when the sash is tilted lies in the range of motion of the lever arm of the securing element pointing in the rotational position against the fixed frame. With this safety device, the safety is optimal in that, depending on the angle of rotation and the design, when the tilted wing closes, the safety element either automatically goes into its safety position or prevents it from fully closing in the tilting direction, so that attention is inevitably drawn to the safety device that is not in the working position becomes. If you set the maximum possible angle of rotation of the securing element to approximately 45 °, the securing element is automatically rotated in the direction of the securing position when the tilted sash is closed, if it hits the fold of the fixed frame. However, it can be ensured by a suitable shape that the resilient engagement of the anti-rotation attachment in the guide groove of the wing or the guide rail takes place automatically. If, instead, a maximum rotation of the securing element by 90 ° relative to its securing position is provided, i.e. its longitudinal axis extends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the wing spar or the wing plane, then the end of the securing element pointing towards the fixed frame hits the fold of the fixed frame no turning back. Instead, this end acts as a stop that stops the tilt-closing movement prematurely, i.e. completed before the wing closed position. In this case, the sash must be returned to the tilt position in order to subsequently turn the securing element into its working position. Now the wing can be completely tilted back into the closed position without being hindered by the securing element. The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing.

  • FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the device installed in a window or a door with the wing tilted, FIG.
  • 1 shows a side view of the opening device,
  • 3 is a perspective view of the detail IIl of FIG. 1, but without a wing when the extension arm is suspended,
  • Fig. 4 is a corresponding representation with the arm raised.

The extension arm 1 is rotatably mounted on the upper cross member 2 of a fixed frame 3. Its other end is rotatably and slidably coupled to the upper cross member 4 of a wing 5, for example a window. A support arm 6 is articulated on the extension arm 1 so that it can be rotated and pushed. Its frame-side end 7 is rotatably coupled to a thrust member 9 via a bearing 8.

The arm 1 and support arm 6 are connected via two pin-slot connections. A first pin 10 on the support arm 6 engages in a first, angular slot 11 on the extension arm 1. A second pin 12 on the extension arm 1 cooperates with a second arcuate or angled slot 13 on the support arm 6 in the manner of a sliding block. When the sash is closed, a straight slot part of the first angular slot 11 and an at least approximately straight slot part of the second angular or arcuate slot 13 extend approximately from one another or in the longitudinal direction of the thrust member 9. The oblique slot parts of the slot 11 and the Slot 13 assigned to each other. They point counter to the tilt opening direction 18 of the wing 5 and are quasi together, but in different planes.

The wing-side end 20 of the extension arm 1 is detachably connected to a slider 21 via a pin-and-hole connection (FIG. 3). The pin 22 is located on the slider 21, while the end 20 of the extension arm 1 has the hole 23. A securing element 24 is rotatably mounted on the slider 21. In its secured position, it overlaps the extension arm end 20. It is held against rotation. For this purpose, it has an anti-rotation attachment 25 which engages in a guide groove 26 of the wing 5, more precisely a guide rail 27. It is attached to the top of the upper wing cross member 4, in particular in a conventionally dimensioned fitting part groove 28 embedded. Both grooves, as shown for example in FIG. 1, are open at the top. Furthermore, the slider 21 is displaceable in the direction of the double arrow 29 in the guide groove 26.

The guide rail 27 has a substantially U-shaped cross-section, its free U-leg ends being angled inwards towards one another to form lift-out safety strips 30, 31 for the sliding piece 21. The gap between these securing strips is also the guide groove 26 for the anti-rotation attachment 25 of the securing element 24. In addition, these securing strips 30, 31 can be widened to a certain extent, so that they can also be used as support strips for the guide rail 27. In this case, the U-leg ends have a T-shaped cross section. Furthermore, the two securing strips 30 and 31 are advantageously cut out in an arc shape at their ends in order to allow, for example, screw heads to pass through.

The securing element 24 is a rotatably mounted, double-armed lever. One lever arm forms an actuating handle 32 and its other lever arm 33 extends over the extending arm end 20 in the securing position. It is preferably triangular. Because both the securing element 24 and the wing-side end 20 of the extension arm 1 rest directly on the flat surface of the slide 21, the other lever arm 33 is angled twice in opposite directions, with the free triangular end piece then, as said, overlapping the extension arm end 20. Accordingly, the handle is formed by an oblique bending of the one lever arm. The anti-rotation attachment 25 is also formed from the latter by punching and bending. It projects beyond the underside of the center piece of the securing element 24 in order to be able to engage in the guide groove 26. In addition, sliding lugs 34 can also be formed at this point. Accordingly, the handle has a frame-like shape, and this gives it good resilient behavior, while the other lever arm 33 is relatively stiff due to the two bends and thus ensures a secure holding action. The handle can be easily lifted due to its resilient behavior, whereby the anti-rotation attachment 25 is then lifted out of the guide groove 26. The securing element can subsequently be rotated, for example brought into the position shown in FIG. 4. In the latter, the wing-side end 20 of the raising arm 1 can be lifted out of the pin 22.

The securing element can only be rotated to a limited extent in one direction of rotation by only a predetermined angle. This angle can be, for example according to FIG. 4.90 °. If you close the tilted wing with the locking element rotated in this way, the end pointing towards the fixed frame, for example the lever arm 33, abuts the fold of the fixed frame 3 shortly before reaching the tilt-closing end position of the wing, thereby preventing the wing from closing completely . In this way, one is reminded that the securing element has not yet assumed its securing position.

Another variant is that the securing element can only be rotated, for example, by approximately 45 °. It is then expedient if the rotation is only possible in one direction and in such a way that the other lever arm 33 rests on the fold of the fixed frame. Particularly in connection with the wedge-shaped shape of the free lever arm end, its impact on the fold causes the securing element to rotate in the direction of securing it. At this 45 ° position, the lever arm with the anti-rotation attachment 25 still protects itself on the upper side of the widened U-leg, so that during this automatic rotation of the securing element 24, the anti-rotation attachment 25 can easily and automatically spring into the guide groove 26.

Fig. 2 zeigt eine Eckumlenkung 56 für die Treibstange. Fig. 2 shows a corner drive 56 for the drive rod. From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the wing-side bearing of the raising arm 1 is designated 85 and the frame-side bearing 86. The pins 10 and 12 are at the tilted wing at the end of their angled slot part, while when tilting the wing in the straight or the approximately straight slot part are displaced so that the teaching stroke is subsequently possible. In addition, the upper wing end is pressed against the upper frame end.
