Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen aus wärmegedämmten Verbundprofilen hergestellten Tür- oder Fensterrahmen mit mindestens einer Sprosse, bei dem das Rahmenprofil und das Sprossenprofil zwei Kammern aufweisen, von denen die an der Rahmenvorderseite liegende erste Kammer teilweise durch Isolierstäbe begrenzt ist und zur Verbindung des Sprossenprofils mit dem Rahmenprofil ein am Rahmenprofil festgelegter, in die an der Rahmenrückseite vorhandene zweite Kammer des Sprossenprofils sich erstreckender T-Verbinder vorgesehen ist.The invention relates to a door or window frame made of thermally insulated composite profiles with at least one rung, in which the frame profile and the rung profile have two chambers, of which the first chamber located on the front side of the frame is partially delimited by insulating bars and for connecting the rung profile with the frame profile is provided on the frame profile and extends into the second chamber of the rung profile present on the rear of the frame.

In bezug auf eine feste, mit einem Kleber ausgeführte Profilverbindung ist ein nachträgliches Einpressen von Dichtungsmasse mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mehr möglich, da die Fließkanäle für die Dichtungsmasse durch den Kleber verschlossen werden.The connectors used in metal construction are made of aluminum and are preferably extruded products. Beim Gegenstand der Erfindung wird die zusätzliche Dichtungsmasse im Bereich des T-Verbinders nicht eingesetzt. Zur Erzielung einer einwandfreien Abdichtung zwischen dem Sprossenprofil und dem Rahmenprofil im Bereich der durch eine zwischen dem Sprossenprofil und dem Flügelrahmen vorgesehene Mitteldichtung begrenzte, Regenwasser aufnehmende Vorkammer gebildete Naßzone wird ein Füllstück verwendet. Dieses Füllstück wird in die vordere Kammer des Sprossenprofils eingeführt und mit Kanälen für eine gute und gezielte Verteilung der Dichtungsmasse ausgerüstet. Das Füllstück hat keinerlei Aufgaben in bezug auf die Festigkeit der Verbindung zu übernehmen und wird somit durch keine weiteren Mittel, wie Kleber und Befestigungsmittel, beeinflußt. An das Füllstück, das aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, sind somit keine hohen Anforderungen zu stellen, außer daß es der Profilkontur weitgehend nachzubilden ist, damit ein dichter Abschluß mit einer relativ geringen Menge an Dichtungsmasse erreicht wird. Das Füllstück ist kostengünstig zu fertigen, da es aus einem preiswerten Kunststoff geringer Qualität hergestellt werden kann, wobei alle Konturen, Kanäle und Ausnehmungen in einfacher Weise gefertigt werden kdnnen.In the subject of the invention, the additional sealant is not used in the area of the T-connector.
