Daneben ist das Handhaben von dickem oder auch sehr dünnem Halbzeug umständlich und sogar unfallgefährlich. An der Oberseite ist eine weitere Traverse 12 angeschweißt, welche einen Tragring 9 aufweist. Verfahren zum Ausstanzen von Blechteilen, bei dem einer Stanzmaschine ein Rohblech in Bandform zugeführt und zu Stanzteilen verarbeitet wird, wobei die in Rollen (Coils) angelieferten Blechbänder in kassettenartigen Behältern angeordnet sind, welche der Stanzmaschine durch Lateralverschiebung zugeordnet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bearbeitung kleiner Losgrößen mehrere Behälter (I, II, III) mit zu Coils (20) gelagerten Blechbändern unterschiedlicher Breite und/oder Dicke sowie aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen vorhanden sind, von denen jeweils das vordere Bandende durch eine öffnung des der Stanzmaschine (200) zugeordneten Behälters (I, II, III) hindurchgeführt und in eine Abziehvorrichtung (205) der Stanzmaschine (200) eingeführt wird, und daß nach der Bearbeitung das Bandende des Coils (20) in der Öffnung des Behälters (I, II, III) festgeklemmt wird und dort für einen neuen Bearbeitungsvorgang zur Verfügung steht.1.
