Abstract

A hinged constructional element to fit between spaced surfaces of an item of furniture, especially office furniture, and which can be inserted between the surfaces by folding it about the hinge, fixed in position by straightening it, and then locked against subsequent folding. Also an item of furniture, especially office storage furniture, incorporating at least one such element.
