Description

The invention relates to a pallet container which consists of a walled pallet base with a pallet base and lifting fork openings.

The purpose of such a pallet container is to make a wide variety of containers palletable and therefore easy to transport. For this it is first necessary that the container is stored on a pallet base known per se with a pallet foot and lifting fork openings. These pallet bases with a pallet base and lifting fork openings can be standardized. Pallet floors have recently been provided with side walls; As a result, the container is stored on the pallet base even more securely than before. It is then also possible to use non-conforming containers such as. B. Transport bags with bulk goods or liquid containers (so-called bubbles or inner liners) on pallets. Furthermore, this offers the possibility of stacking several pallets.

The conventionally known wall covering of a pallet was formed by a metal frame that served as a holder for iron grids, which ultimately represented the actual walls.

Such walls of the prior art consist of sheet metal, bars, wood or cardboard sandwich walls. However, this conventional design of a walled pallet floor has several disadvantages. So it is first necessary to also design the pallet base in metal in order to be able to establish stable connections between the pallet base and the metal frame for the lattice wall. This means an additional weight. Furthermore, metallic pallet floors tend to corrode, which cannot be removed even by careful anti-corrosion varnishing; because during transport, the pallet bottoms are repeatedly scratched or even used to transport chemically aggressive liquids, which causes the corrosion of the metallic pallet container every time. Furthermore, these conventional, metallic pallet floors with grid walls are noisy; this is particularly disadvantageous when using such pallet containers in the vicinity of the end user, such as. B. in wholesale markets and in hospitals. The disadvantage of wood is in particular its tendency to absorb water and its hygienic problems.

The invention has for its object to provide a pallet container that is stackable, quiet, corrosion-resistant and light and can optionally be assembled in a modular manner. The pallet container should also be hygienic and easy to clean.

This object is achieved in that the pallet container is formed from double-walled plastic. This means that both the pallet base with the pallet foot and the wall are made of double-walled plastic. As a result, the pallet container according to the invention is corrosion-resistant, quiet, light and easy to clean. To increase the mechanical stability, the pallet base, the pallet base and the walls are formed by an upper wall, which is locally connected in one piece to the lower wall; these double-walled plastic bodies are formed in particular by a circular beading according to the invention, in which the upper wall and the lower wall are integrally connected in circular beads. This gives all parts of the pallet container according to the invention a particularly high section modulus. The walls can be made in one piece from the Pallet base must be pulled up with the pallet foot. In another embodiment, the walls are designed as separate individual parts. For this purpose, tongues and bearings are formed on their corner edges, the dimensions of which correspond to the tongues. This way, two walls can interlock at the corners. In a preferred embodiment, the tongues protrude from the wall perpendicular to the wall so that they engage around the corner edge in the bearings of the other wall. This means a more stable mutual engagement of the two walls. The tongues inserted into the bearings in this way can be glued, screwed, clamped or clamped to form a firm corner connection of the pallet wall. Continuous bores are preferably made through the tongues, the corners of the pallet base and the pallet foot; rods can then be inserted through these holes after the walls have been inserted into the tongues and bearings. In this way, not only are two walls connected to one another connected to each other, but also these two walls with the pallet base and the pallet foot. This creates a stable ver binding of the wall with each other and with the pallet base and the pallet base. In addition, the bottom of the pallet foot preferably has recesses in its corners, in which counter plates which are attached to one end of the rods can lie. The other end of the rods, which may protrude beyond the corners of the walls, may have a thread over which a nut is screwed which is screwed against the corners of the walls. A stable but nevertheless easily dismantled embodiment of the pallet container according to the invention is thus formed. If a part of the pallet has actually been destroyed during use, this part can be replaced individually without the still intact part of the pallet container having to be given up.

Another embodiment of the pallet container according to the invention consists of recessed grips and / or rectangular recesses for receiving a device such. B. measuring device or a box z. B. a transport slip box in the side walls. You will be in the making of the walls of the invention molded into the appropriate pallet container. Furthermore, the pallet floor can have a lateral floor recess which corresponds to a front recess which is formed at the bottom of the wall which is on the side of the floor recess. These two recesses are useful for holding liquid containers with fittings for emptying the container located on a lower edge. Such containers are e.g. B. known from German utility model 7 243 952. Bottom wedge plates on the pallet base, which support the bottom of such a container in its inclination towards the center, are also useful for receiving such containers. These floor wedge plates are thus inclined towards the center, but leave a channel in the middle leading to the floor recess. The drainage channel formed in the bottom of such a container can lie in this channel.

Each of these walls 5 has outwardly projecting tongues 7 which are molded perpendicular to the wall 5 and which lie in the bearings 8 of corresponding dimensions of the other wall. The front wall has a front recess 4; in this front recess 4 z. B. the drain tap of a liquid container in the pallet container. The walls 5 are placed on the pallet base 6 with the pallet foot 1. The optionally standardized stroke is located in the pallet foot 1 fork openings 2. These lifting fork openings 2 serve to receive the lifting fork of a forklift. In the pallet base 6, a base recess 3 is optionally formed on the side of the front recess 4; this floor recess 3 can create space for receiving the drain fitting of a liquid container.

In Figure 2, the double walling according to the invention is shown in cross section. This double wall is formed by an upper wall 9 and a lower wall 10; the upper wall 9 in the circular beads 12 is integrally connected to the lower wall 1o. For this purpose, these beads 12 are pulled down from the top wall 9 to the bottom wall 10. The lower wall 1o can remain flat.

A wall 5 of the pallet container according to the invention is shown in FIG. Both the top wall 9 and the bottom wall 10 are shown as straight surfaces. On the corner edges of the wall 5 outwardly protruding tongues 7 are drawn perpendicular to the wall 5, through which holes 13 are driven. These holes 13 are used in the Compound pallet container for receiving a rod that hold the individual walls 5, the pallet base 6 and the pallet base 1 together. The bearings 8 have the same dimensions as the tongues 7, so that a tongue 7 fits into them.

In Figure 4, two bottom wedge plates 14 are placed on the pallet base 6. Each of these floor wedge plates 14 covers approximately half of the pallet floor 6. The floor wedge plates 14 are inclined from the outside inwards and leave a channel 15 in the middle, which leads to the floor recess 3 in the pallet floor 6. These bottom wedge plates can be integrally connected to the pallet base 6 and the pallet foot 1, i.e. consist of a molding, or represent separate items from the pallet base 6 and the pallet base 1.

The advantages achieved by the invention are thus that a pallet container which is stackable in a known manner but is now quieter, corrosion-resistant and lighter, more hygienic and easy to clean, and which also holds liquid suitable containers was created. In one embodiment of the invention, the pallet container can be assembled or disassembled from several individual parts, ie individual walls and the pallet base with the pallet foot. No special tools are required. In particular, this also gives the possibility of avoiding the transport of a voluminous empty pallet container by simply dismantling it into its individual parts, which can then be stowed in a space-saving manner.
