Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein stückförmiges Reinigungsmittel, insbesondere Seife, das schwimmfähig ist, bestehend aus einem Reinigungsmittelkörper, dessen spezifisches Gewicht größer als 1 ist, und einem daran angebrachten Kunststoffkörper.The invention relates to a bar-shaped detergent, in particular soap, which is buoyant, consisting of a detergent body, whose specific weight is greater than 1, and a plastic body attached to it.
Bei herkömmlichen, nicht schwimmfähigen Seifen wird es als nachteilig empfunden, daß die Seifenstücke im Wasser untergehen und es deshalb Schwierigkeiten bereitet, die Seifenstücke wieder zu finden. Bei einer bekannten stückförmigen Seife der genannten Art (DE-GM 1 797 349) ist in einer Vertiefung des Seifenkörpers ein napfförmiges oder schalenförmiges Einsatzstück aus Kunststoff derart angebracht, daß die Öffnung des Einsatzstücks dem Seifenkörper zugekehrt ist, so daß zwischen dem Einsatzstück und der Vertiefung ein mit Luft gefüllter Hohlraum entsteht, der das Seifenstück schwimmfähig macht.It has long been known to make soap bars floatable by reducing air bubbles, hollow bodies or other light bodies introduced into the soap mass during manufacture to a specific weight of the soap bar to a value below 1, so that a floating soap is obtained. Die hierfür bei der Herstellung erforderlichen Arbeitsgänge sind verhältnismäßig aufwendig. Wenn der Seifenkörper durch Gebrauch soweit abgenutzt ist, daß an irgendeiner Stelle Wasser in den Hohlraum eindringen kann, verliert die Seife ihre Schwimmfähigkeit und löst sich sehr bald von dem Einsatzstück. Die dabei anfallenden Seifenreste zerfallen rasch in kleine Stücke und können nicht mehr aufgebraucht werden. Auch wenn der Seifenkörper erst verhältnismäßig wenig abgenutzt ist, besteht noch die Gefahr, daß sich bei der Handhabung der Seife die dichte Verbindung des Seifenkörpers mit dem Einsatzstück mindestens an einer Stelle löst oder daß der Seifenkörper eingedrückt wird.In the known floating soap, the insert made of plastic has to be pressed into the recess of the soap body for fastening, either the edges of the recess having to be pressed against the insert or the insert being anchored in the recess with its outwardly bent edges. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein stückförmiges Reinigungsmittel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das bei einfacher Herstellungsmöglichkeit ein restloses Aufbrauchen des Reinigungsmittelkörpers ermöglicht, ohne daß sich der Reinigungsmittelkörper vom Kunststoffkörper löst und ohne daß das stückförmige Reinigungsmittel seine Schwimmfähigkeit verliert.The object of the invention is therefore to provide a bar-shaped detergent of the type mentioned, which allows the detergent body to be completely used up with a simple production possibility, without the detergent body detaching from the plastic body and without the bar-shaped detergent losing its ability to float.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Kunststoffkörper aus geschlossenporigem Kunststoffschaum besteht und mittels einer Haftmasse dauerhaft haftend an dem Reinigungsmittelkörper angebracht ist. Da der Auftrieb durch die geschlossenen Hohlräume des Kunststoffschaums bewirkt wird, besteht keine Gefahr, daß im Laufe der Benutzung Wasser in diese Hohlräume eindringt. Die Schwimmfähigkeit bleibt daher bei der Benutzung erhalten. Da die Verbindung des Kunststoffkörpers mit dem Reinigungsmittelkörper nicht durch eine mechanische Verankerung, sondern durch eine Haftmasse erfolgt, bleibt diese Verbindung bestehen, bis der Reinigungsmittelkörper restlos aufgebraucht ist.This object is achieved in that the plastic body consists of closed-pore plastic foam and is permanently adhered to the detergent body by means of an adhesive. Durch den Kunststoffkörper wird außerdem die Griffigkeit und Handhabbarkeit des Reinigungsmittel- bzw. Seifenstücks verbessert; der Kunststoffkörper kann als zusätzliche Reinigungshilfe zum Abreiben benutzt werden. Die Oberseite 3 des Kunststoffkörpers 1 kann zusätzlich mit Nuten 5, Vertiefungen oder dergleichen versehen sein. In den Fig. 4 und 5 erkennt man Auswerfermarkierungen 6 sowie Füller- und Injektormarkierungen 7, die bei der Herstellung des Kunststoffplättchens entstehen.A
