Claims (2)

1. Procédé pour la réalisation d'une triplure de fixage, dans lequel on forme un tissu non tissé que l'on enduit d'un adhésif pouvant ramollir à la chaleur, caractérisé en ce que le tissu non tissé est réalisé en deux couches à partir d'une première couche contenant 10 à 40% en poids de fibres liantes pouvant ramollir thermiquement et contenant un composant fibreux à bas point de fusion et un composant fibreux à point de fusion élevé, le composant à bas point de fusion atteignant, à au moins un endroit du profil des fibres, la surface de ces dernières, ainsi qu'une deuxième couche ayant un poids superficiel de 5 à 40 g/m2, contenant 10 à 50% en poids de fibres liantes pouvant ramollir thermiquement et ayant un point de fusion inférieur à celui du composant fibreux à bas point de fusion de la première couche, mais supérieur d'au moins 20% à celui de l'adhésif pouvant ramollir thermiquement, les deux couches étant liées l'une à l'autre sans recourir à l'action de la pression, par chauffage à la température de ramollissement du composant fibreux à bas point de fusion, tandis que la première couche est enduite de l'adhésif pouvant ramollir sous l'effet de la chaleur.
