Abstract

1. A screen ceiling which can be suspended, with longitudinal strips (5; 21; 23) which have in their upper region vertical slots (6; 29) open to the upper edge, into which slots the hooks (7, 8; 28) disposed on the end faces of transverse strips (9, 10; 22) are inserted and hung, where the lower ends of the slots form supporting surfaces for the relevant lower surfaces on the hooks, characterised in that the end faces of the transverse strips (9, 10; 22) are guided laterally by cams (12, 13; 30) which project from the longitudinal strips (5; 21, 23), and that on their end faces the transverse strips have locking areas (14, 15; 27) which have to be moved away over the cams (13; 14; 30) in order to insert the hooks (7, 8; 28) or to unhook them.
