Abstract

Компьютерно-реализуемый способ онлайновой тарификации телекоммуникационных услуг в режиме реального времени, содержащий этапы, на которых (i) выполняют алгоритм деньги-в-время, вычисляющий баланс времени на основе параметров тарификации и баланса кошелька; (ii) если баланс времени больше нуля, создают запись данных тарификации, CDR, и записывают в ней отметку времени начала, устанавливают таймер завершения сеанса на основе баланса времени и подтверждают сеанс связи; (iii) если баланс времени не больше нуля, или по истечении таймера завершения сеанса, выдают инструкцию на завершение сеанса связи, при этом по истечении таймера завершения сеанса отметка времени окончания записывается в CDR. Предложена онлайновая система тарификации, OCS, реализующая данный способ.
