Abstract
Фильтр содержит корпус (1) и крышку (2). Корпус (1) состоит из цилиндрической части и полого усеченного конуса (15), периферия большего основания которого переходит в цилиндрическую сетку, образованную прямолинейными пазами (16) и концентрическими ребрами (17) жесткости. Стенка полого усеченного конуса (15) перфорирована прямоугольными сквозными окнами, соразмерными по пропускной способности отверстиям цилиндрической сетки. Крышка (2) выполнена заодно с одной стороны с проходным штуцером (11) с выходным отверстием (12), а с другой стороны - с фланцем (19), с внутренней стороны которого установлены края корпуса (1). Крышка (2) снабжена гильзой (13), выполненной с резьбовым участком, в цилиндрической части корпуса (1). В гильзе (13) установлен встроенный обратный клапан с затвором (6), седло (3) которого закреплено в резьбе гильзы (13). Шток (5) размещен в отверстиях направляющих (4), установленных своими наружными поясками в гильзе (13) с возможностью осевого перемещения штока (5) с затвором (6) для взаимодействия с седлом (3) при воздействии потока со стороны штуцера (11) крышки (2). В крышке (2) у верхнего края гильзы (13) выполнен внутренний упорный бурт (21) для фиксации направляющих (4) штока (5) обратного клапана до упора к седлу (20) его затвора (6). Затвор (6) обратного клапана выполнен тарельчатым, снабжен уплотнительной пластиной (14) и выполнен со скругленным выступом в центре. Направляющие (4) выполнены в виде двух последовательно установленных в гильзе (13) крышки (2) втулок, каждая из которых имеет перегородки (22), сходящиеся к центральному кольцу (23), в котором выполнено отверстие под шток (5), и наружный поясок с цилиндрической поверхностью для установки в гильзе (13) крышки (2). Достигаемый результат состоит в сокращении габаритов и массы гидросистемы, упрощении конструкции соединений и повышении ремонтопригодности, упрощении технологии монтажа в гидросистеме, а также повышении долговечности и надежности работы, за счет защищенного внутреннего размещения обратного клапана и, тем самым, длительности эксплуатации.The filter contains a housing (1) and a cover (2). The wall of the hollow truncated cone (15) is perforated with rectangular through windows, commensurate in terms of throughput with the holes of the cylindrical mesh. The cover (2) is made integral with the through fitting (11) with the outlet (12) on one side, and with the flange (19) on the other side, on the inside of which the edges of the body (1) are installed. The cover (2) is provided with a sleeve (13), made with a threaded section, in the cylindrical part of the body (1). In the sleeve (13) there is a built-in non-return valve with a shutter (6), the seat (3) of which is fixed in the thread of the sleeve (13). The rod (5) is placed in the holes of the guides (4) installed with its outer belts in the sleeve (13) with the possibility of axial movement of the rod (5) with the shutter (6) to interact with the seat (3) when exposed to flow from the fitting (11) covers (2). In the cover (2) at the upper edge of the sleeve (13) there is an internal stop shoulder (21) for fixing the guides (4) of the stem (5) of the check valve until it stops against the seat (20) of its gate (6). The shutter (6) of the check valve is poppet-shaped, equipped with a sealing plate (14) and made with a rounded ledge in the center. Guides (4) are made in the form of two bushings (2) installed in series in the sleeve (13) of the cover (2), each of which has partitions (22) converging to the central ring (23), in which a hole for the rod (5) is made, and the outer belt with a cylindrical surface for installation in the sleeve (13) of the cover (2). The achieved result consists in reducing the dimensions and weight of the hydraulic system, simplifying the design of connections and improving maintainability, simplifying the installation technology in the hydraulic system, as well as increasing the durability and reliability of operation due to the protected internal placement of the check valve and, thereby, the duration of operation.
