Abstract

Настоящим изобретением предоставляются композиции и способы придания нематоцидной активности бактериям, растениям, клеткам, тканям и семенам растений. В частности, настоящим изобретением предоставляются способы уничтожения или борьбы с популяцией вредителей нематод, в частности, с видами рода Pratylenchus, например с популяцией Pratylenchus brachyurus. Эти способы включают контактирование вредителя нематоды с пестицидно-эффективным количеством полипептида, содержащего нематоцидный токсин, в частности, нематоцидный токсин, обладающий активностью в отношении видов рода Pratylenchus, например, Pratylenchus brachyurus.
