Abstract

Настоящее изобретение включает способ лечения пролиферативного заболевания, вызванного мутацией в гене FLT3, включающий определение экспрессии мутантного гена FLT3 и одного или более генетических отклонений в пробе, отобранной из образца опухоли, взятого из организма пациента, при котором наличие одного или более генетических отклонений указывает на то, что у пациента неблагоприятный прогноз; введение пациенту терапевтически эффективного количества креноланиба или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли, при котором креноланиб повышает вероятность выживаемости пациента, у которого имеется как мутированный ген FLT3, так и одно или более генетических отклонений, при котором креноланиб, как показано ниже, вводят субъекту, страдающему от указанного заболевания.
