Abstract
Моноклональное антитело против PD1 (белок 1 запрограммированной клеточной смерти) или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент, его фармацевтическая композиция и их применение. Вариабельная область тяжелой цепи моноклонального антитела содержит CDR (область, определяющая комплементарность) с аминокислотными последовательностями, указанными в SEQ ID NO: 9-11; и/или вариабельная область легкой цепи моноклонального антитела содержит CDR с аминокислотными последовательностями, указанными в SEQ ID NO: 12-14. Моноклональное антитело может специфически связываться с PD1, ослаблять иммуносупрессию PD1 в организме и активировать T-лимфоциты.
