Abstract
Изобретение относится к приборам и аппаратам, предназначенным для формирования на поверхности моно- и мультислойных пленок Ленгмюра-Блоджетт из поверхностно-активных соединений, используемых при высокотехнологичном производстве электронных изделий, элементов молекулярной электроники, изделий, работающих на квантово-размерных эффектах. Задачей настоящего изобретения является разработка установки, обеспечивающей непрерывный технологический процесс получения функциональных покрытий с заданными физико-химическими характеристиками, при обеспечении их долговременной стабильности и износостойкости в процессе эксплуатации изделий. Поставленная задача решена тем, что устройство включает блок, обеспечивающий очищение рабочей жидкости и непрерывный процесс подачи очищенной рабочей жидкости в технологическую ванну, систему формирования монослоя, транспортную систему и дополнительные системы, обеспечивающие автоматическую активацию поверхности подложек и стабилизацию слоев на поверхности за счет химических реакций. Разработанная конструкция установки обеспечивает получение качественных функциональных покрытий в непрерывном техпроцессе модификации подложек.The invention relates to devices and apparatus designed to form Langmuir-Blodgett mono and multilayer films on the surface from surface-active compounds used in high-tech production of electronic products, elements of molecular electronics, products operating on quantum-size effects. The present invention is to develop an installation that provides a continuous process for the production of functional coatings with desired physico-chemical characteristics, while ensuring their long-term stability and durability during operation of products. The problem is solved in that the device includes a unit that provides cleaning of the working fluid and a continuous process of supplying the purified working fluid to the process bath, the monolayer formation system, the transport system and additional systems that provide automatic activation of the surface of the substrates and the stabilization of layers on the surface through chemical reactions. The developed design of the installation provides high-quality functional coatings in the continuous process of modification of the substrates.
