Abstract
Настоящее изобретение описывает композицию, пригодную для применения в вине, включающую по меньшей мере 2,5% пептидной смеси в пересчете на сухой вес, характеризующуюся тем, что пептиды имеют молекулярную массу между 3 и 10 кДа.
