Die Erfindung betrifft einen Umrichter mit einer Steuer- und einer Leistungselektronik, insbesondere einem Servoregler für Drehstrommotoren.The invention relates to a converter with control and power electronics, in particular a servo controller for three-phase motors.
Derartige Umrichter bzw. Servoregler werden in der Praxis eingesetzt, um Drehstrommotoren mit beliebiger Drehzahl und Drehmoment laufen zu lassen. Hierbei wird die dem Umrichter zugeführte Wechselspannung in eine Gleichspannung umgewandelt und anschließend wieder in ein drehstromförmiges Ausgangssignal vorgegebener Spannung und Frequenz umgewandelt. Für die Erzielung der gewünschten Ausgangsspannung und Ausgangsfrequenz sind im Umrichter bzw. Servoregler eine Vielzahl von Steuerparameter vorzugeben. Diese sind z.B. die maximale Spannung und Strom sowie die Beschleunigungsfunktionen sowie die Maximaldrehzahl. Insgesamt ist es heute durchaus üblich, hier ca. 100 Parameter vorzugeben, wobei, sofern es sich um einen Servoregler handelt, auch noch die Werte für die Moment- und Drehzahlregler entsprechend den angeschlossenen Motoren vorzugeben sind.Such converters or servo controllers are used in practice to run three-phase motors at any speed and torque. Servoreglers vornehmen zu müssen. Der Hersteller kann vielmehr aus einer Vielzahl von vorbereiteten Chipkarten diejenige heraussuchen, die für den jeweiligen Anwendungsfall die günstigste ist. Für den Anwender hat dies den Vorteil, daß er den Wechselrichter optimal für den jeweiligen Drehstrommotor einsetzen kann, wobei die einzige Anpassung hier die ist, die richtige Karte in die Schreib-Lese-Einheit einzuschieben. Sollte der Umrichter für einen anderen Motor eingesetzt werden, so kann die Anpassung durch Wechsel der Chipkarte in einfacher Weise erfolgen.
