Das während der Bewegung des Lenkers ausgeübte Quermoment wird in diesem Falle direkt als Einstellmoment für den unteren Federteller ausgenutzt und am beweglichen Federende neutralisiert, ohne daß die Feder selbst bei ihrer Zusammendrückung besondere zusätzliche Biegungsspannungen erfährt.
