Diese Erfindung bezweckt eine vollkommenere Ausnutzung der abziehenden Brenngase innerhalb des senkrechten Schachtes des in Patent Nr. 50711 geschützten Ofens. Während in dem Haupt-Patent Nr. 50711 die Ausnutzung der Hitze der abziehenden Gase ausschliefslich durch Anwärmung und Vortrocknung des Brenngutes in dem Schachtraum oberhalb des Gewölbes erfolgt, wird in diesem Falle der Schacht 5 oberhalb des genannten Gewölbes zunächst in der für die Bildung des Gewölbes und Brennraumes m nöthigen Einschnürung L ausgeführt, darüber aber, wie beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt, bei H erweitert und zur Aufnahme eines drehbaren Trockengerüstes F eingerichtet. Dieses Gerüst wird mittelst einer senkrechten Achse g in Lagern und Querträgern gehalten, ist mit Börtern zur Aufnahme der Cementsteine vv... bezw. des sonstigen Trockengutes versehen, die durch eine Oeffnung k auf das Gerüst gebracht werden, indem man dasselbe nach und nach im Kreise dreht.
