Diese Aufteilung in zwei Klappen hat den Vorteil, daß für die normalen kleineren Schwenkbewegungen nur die Schürzen bewegt werden. Die äußeren Zusatzklappen werden nur bei extremen Bewegungen benötigt und ragen aufgrund ihrer geringen Abmessungen nicht unnötig aus dem Wagenprofil heraus.
