Ein in der Zeichnung dargestellter Revisionshüftprothesen-Schaft 1 umfaßt einen Verankerungsabschnitt 2 und einen abgekröpften Gelenkkugelab­ schnitt 3 sowie einen Verlängerungsabschnitt 4 des Verankerungsabschnitts 2 der aus zwei Hülsen-Elementen 5 bzw. 5, zusammengesetzt ist. Schaft für ein Revisionshüftprothesensystem umfassend einen in den Oberschenkelknochen einschlagbaren Verankerungsabschnitt (2), einen den Verankerungsabschnitt (2) verlängernden Abschnitt und einen abgewinkel­ ten Gelenkkugelabschnitt (3) zum Aufsetzen der Gelenkkugel, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt wenigstens teilweise durch eine Mehrzahl über Ko­ nusabschnitte (6 bzw. 7) ineinander steckbarer Hülsen-Elemente (5, 5′) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülsen-Elemente (5, 5′) eine durchgehende Längsbohrung (10) aufweisen, wobei in diese Längs­ bohrung (10) von dem Gelenkkugelabschnitt (3) her eine bis in den Ver­ ankerungsabschnitt (2) reichende Sicherungsschraube (12) einsetzbar ist.1.
