Description
Abgasentgiftungsanlage für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit
Brennkraftmaschine.
Nachrüstkatalysator ungeregelt, ohne Lambdasonde
und ohne Regeleinrichtung.
Dieser Nachrüstkatalysator soll eine besonders
umweltfreundliche und preiswerte Abgasentgiftung
darstellen.
Eine perspektive Ansicht der Einsteckhülse
ist beigefügt. Die einzelnen Details werden
wie folgt beschrieben:
1. Präz.-Stahlrohr RR 60 × 2 × 250 St DIN 2391
2. Wirbel aus Stahlblech Bl, × Bed. V2 A, auf Streckmetall fest verschweißt.
3. Streckmetall Bl. 3 ∅ 56 (2×)
4. Hitzeschild, Stahlblech Bl. 3 × 115 × 160, V2 A
5. 150 Keramikkugeln 12 mm ∅. Die Kugeln sind mit Chrom beschichtet und mit Edelmetall (Palladium) fest aufgedampft.
2. Wirbel aus Stahlblech Bl, × Bed. V2 A, auf Streckmetall fest verschweißt.
3. Streckmetall Bl. 3 ∅ 56 (2×)
4. Hitzeschild, Stahlblech Bl. 3 × 115 × 160, V2 A
5. 150 Keramikkugeln 12 mm ∅. Die Kugeln sind mit Chrom beschichtet und mit Edelmetall (Palladium) fest aufgedampft.
Claims (1)
- Nachrüstkatalysator als Einsteckhülse zwischen Motor und Schalldämpfer.
Die Hülsenfüllung besteht aus 150 Stück Keramik kugeln 12 mm ∅. Die Kugeln sind mit Chrom beschich tet und mit Edelmetall fest aufgedampft und haben insgesamt eine Entgiftungs-Berührungsoberfläche von ca 560 cm2.
Die Kugeln werden durch angeschweißtes Streckmetall in der Hülse fest zusammengehalten.
Ein besonders konstruierter Wirbel sorgt für einen guten Entgiftungsdurchgang, gleichmäßige, schnelle Erhitzung und großen Wirkungsgrad.
Ein Hitzeschild ist gegen Überhitzung angebracht.
Die je zwei Schlitze an beiden Seiten dienen der besseren Kühlung.
Der Patentanspruch beinhaltet alle vorstehenden Daten und bildet ein Ganzes.
