Die erfindungsgemäße Platte ist vor allem auch in Feucht­ räumen verwendbar, da kein Aufquillen der Trägerplatte als Kernmaterial stattfinden kann, wobei aufgrund der Dekorplatte Temperaturen ohne weiteres bis 80°C an der Oberfläche möglich sind, ohne daß die thermoplastische Trägerplatte angegriffen wird. Die Vielseitigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Kunststoffverbundplatte ergibt sich vor allem durch die Möglichkeit der unterschiedlichsten Oberflächengestaltung der Dekorplatte.   • f. Zusammenpressen von Trägerplatte und Dekorplatte (Etagenpresse).
