Description

The invention relates to a marking nail for roadways, having a needle head and one of This can be inserted into the roadway above ren nail shaft.

Marking nails are used in roadways, for the driver's attention to special ge to drive sources. This is not just about that the driver when driving over the marking nails feels that it crosses a certain line ten, but it is also about the driver perceives the marking nails at a greater distance. However, this is only ensured if, on the one hand the head of the marker nail falling on it Sufficiently reflected light. This is ins especially critical when there is insufficient daylight. There is also the fact that especially in winter Roadways are very dirty, so that on the nail  insufficient existing reflective surfaces Throw back light.

The invention deals with the problem of a Marking nail so that it is very special is to a large extent optically visible, without this a ka electrical installation powered by a power supply is required.

This is achieved through the protection claims specified characteristics.

For the installation of the marking nail according to the Invention it is only necessary to make a hole in the Drill road surface. Here you can already in Core drills are used. After the marker nail is turned on according to the invention no further installations or Like. required.

The size of the nail head can be dimensioned who that in the time in the sunlight available the batteries can be charged sufficiently, so that these light emitting diodes during the dark phase provide sufficient electrical energy.

A flashing light circuit ensures that the light Diodes only receive current at intervals. After an off converted embodiment could be a temperature sensor influence this flashing light circuit. He can the flashing light scarf at so-called black ice temperatures device switch to a higher frequency so that by this relatively high frequency gives the driver the information is conveyed that he must expect black ice.

The invention is described below with reference to the figure for example explained.

This shows a graphical view of a Mar Kierungsnagels according to the invention.

With 10 a nail head is designated, at its un terem end there is a cylindrical nail shaft 11 . Instead of the cylindrical one, a profiled shaft can also be used, and two nail shafts could also be provided.

The nail head has essentially a flat shape with a surface just a little above the road surface and with one or, in the example shown, four side surfaces 12 , 13 , which create a gradual transition from the road surface to the surface of the nail head 10 . A large number of such designs of nail heads are known and can be used in connection with the present invention.

According to the invention, however, the nail head 10 is provided with a recess which leads into the interior of the nail head. In this recess, solar cells 18 are accommodated, which face upwards with their active surface. Also in this recess and with the actuating surface up, a sensor switch 19 is accommodated in the recess. The solar cell 18 and the sensor switch 19 can be covered by a plastic plate upwards, so that the sensitive parts 18 and 19 are protected against vehicle loads. The plastic part must, however, let the sunlight fall on it, so that the parts 18 and 19 can perform their function to be explained.

The front lateral surface 12 is provided with a recess 16 on the nail head 10 . The transitions to the surface and the side surfaces are rounded. Three light-emitting diodes 17 are located in an area of this recess 16 arranged at an angle close to 90 ° to the roadway. These are therefore a few millimeters above the road surface and if the marker nail is installed appropriately, their light can be seen by motorists from approaching vehicles.

The solar cells 18 are connected to batteries, not shown, which can be located in parts 10 or 11 . The batteries are charged in the daylight.

If there is sufficient darkness, the sensor switch 19 responds and establishes an electrical connection to the batteries and the light-emitting diodes 17 directly or via a flashing light circuit, not shown, which is likewise accommodated in the nail head 10 or in the nail shaft 11 . The result is that as long as there is darkness, the light emitting diodes emit 17 flashing light signals.
