Abstract

The ceiling- or wall-cladding panel comprises a visible metal plate with apertures, behind which is a honeycomb grille glued to it with its passages in line with the apertures and preferably of aluminium. This is followed in turn by an intermediate sound-permeable layer, preferably of fibrous material, and a sound-absorbent layer, preferably of mineral wool. On the side of the grille (4) furthest from the metal plate (2) is a stiffening plate (5) with apertures (52) and glued to it. The grille is formed by undulating strips (42,42',42") of thin sheet material glued together. USE/ADVANTAGE - Economy of material combined with good sound-absorption and high resistance to bending.

Description

The invention relates to a cover plate for use as Ceiling or wall cladding with a ver see metallic faceplate, with a behind the sight plate arranged, with an adhesive connection with the view plate connected and with the openings in the faceplate honeycomb grid forming communicating channels preferably made of aluminum, one arranged behind the honeycomb grid, for example, sound absorption made of mineral wool layer and one preferably consist of a nonwoven fabric the sound-permeable intermediate layer.

Such cover plates are used for sound insulation and also serve as a veneer for ceilings or Walls. You need to reduce the risk of fire from one non-flammable or flame-retardant material.

A known cover plate of this type (DE-GM 73 38 148) has one designed as a metal wire mesh or as a metal grid Faceplate, as well as an aluminum honeycomb grille on the placed in a frame supporting the faceplate and for Stabilization of the faceplate glued to the back is. This means that even with large-surface ceiling tiles Sag of the faceplate prevented. The honeycomb grid is trained as such self-supporting and dimensionally stable and therefore relatively expensive and heavy.

Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object to develop a cover plate of the type specified at the outset, which, despite the low use of materials, has a high level of flexural rigidity as well as good sound-insulating properties combined.

To solve this problem, the characteristic of the invention character part of claim 1 specified features beat. Further advantageous refinements and further formations of the invention result from the dependent on sayings.

The invention is based on the idea, instead of a form stable honeycomb grid a honeycomb grid made of thin foil strips to use and this honeycomb grid forming a sound permeable sandwich panel with high bending strength each to glue a perforated plate.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention the honeycomb grid from a variety of ribbed, zigzag or wavy curved, forming honeycomb or diamond-shaped openings on their broad sides in sections the glued thin film strips, their opposite each other lying longitudinal edges by means of an adhesive connection with the openwork faceplate as well as with one of the faceplate opposite, also openwork stiffening plate are connected.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention is a preference between the faceplate and the honeycomb grid wise consisting of a thin fiber fleece sound-permeable Intermediate layer arranged on one broadside  with the back of the faceplate and on its other width side connected to the honeycomb grid by means of an adhesive is. This at the same time as trickle protection and as visual protection The intermediate layer serving the honeycomb grid can its broad side facing the faceplate with metal preferably be steamed with aluminum.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, both the face plate and the stiffening plate as thin-walled Aluminum plate with punched openings. To attach the cover plate, the face plate can be used bent backwards at right angles, the rear reinforcement tion plate overlapping trough-like edges. The edges of the cover plate expediently have holes, Slots or circumferential grooves for hanging holding or Suspension devices and / or for attaching connections elements when joining several cover plates.

The sound absorption layer can on the back of the Ver stiffening plate glued or through a cover film are held with the edges bent backwards the faceplate is connectable.

Es zeigenIn the following the invention is illustrated by some in the drawing illustrated embodiments explained in more detail. Show it

Fig. 1 eine Abdeckplatte in teilweise geschnittener schaubild licher Rückseitenansicht; Figure 1 is a cover plate in a partially cut diagram Licher rear view.

Fig. 2a-c cross-sections of cover plates without sound absorption layer with different versions of the plate edge.

The cover plate 1 consists essentially of a face plate 2 provided with punched openings 22 , a sound-permeable intermediate layer 3 consisting of a fiber fleece, a honeycomb grid 4 , a stiffening plate 5 provided with punched openings 52 and a sound absorption layer 6 made of mineral wool.

The face plate 2, the intermediate layer 3, the honeycomb lattice 4 and the reinforcing plate 5 are bonded together to form a bending-resistant sandwich board, said openings 22 and 52 formed in the face plate 2 and the auctioning Fung plate 5 with the openings of the honeycomb grid 4 communi ornamental channels, through which the sound waves reach the sound absorption layer 6 from the front of the viewing panel 2 .

The face plate 2 of the cover plate 1 shown in Fig. 1 is formed by a thin aluminum sheet, the knurled 24 perpendicularly bent to form a kind of trough to the rear and with slots 26 and holes 28 for hanging the holding or hanging devices or for the attachment of Cover plate connecting elements are provided. The edges 24 are so wide that they protrude beyond the sound absorption layer 6 .

The intermediate layer 3 consists of a thin glass fiber fleece, the face plate 2 facing the front is vapor-coated with aluminum. The glass fiber fleece serves as a trickle protection and prevents the passage of mineral wool particles from the sound absorption layer 6 into the space in front of the faceplate 2 . On the other hand, the glass fiber fleece forms a sound-permeable cover for the openings 22 in the faceplate 2 , which serves as a covering for the honeycomb grid 4 .

The honeycomb grid 4 has a multiplicity of the same, with the formation of a rib profile in the longitudinal direction, alternating in each case alternating by about 120 ° over its broad sides bent films 42 , 42 ', 42 ''. In this case, a foil strip 42 is glued to form honeycomb openings with its two neighboring strips 42 'and 42 ''. The ribs 46 of the film strip 42 are shifted in relation to the ribs 46 'and 46 ''of the adjacent strips 42 ' and 42 '' in the longitudinal direction of the strip, as a result of which the strip 42 alternates with a surface section of its two broad sides on a surface section of each of its neighboring strips 42 'And 42 ''is applied. There is an adhesive layer between the abutting surface sections. Instead of a rib profile, the film strips can also have a corrugated or zigzag profile, the connection of the film strips to one another taking place analogously.

The stiffening plate 5 , like the faceplate 2, is formed from a thin aluminum sheet with circular perforations 52 . The sound absorption layer 6 is made of a layer of mineral wool or another sound absorbing material.

To produce the sandwich panel made of faceplate 2 , intermediate layer 3 , honeycomb grid 4 and stiffening plate 5 , the back of faceplate 2 is first coated with an adhesive and the nonwoven fabric 3 is placed on top. Furthermore, the front edge 48 of the honeycomb grid 4 forming film strips 42 , 42 ', 42 ''are coated with an adhesive and the honeycomb grid 4 is joined to the back of the intermediate plate 3 provided with the face plate 2 . Subsequently, on its side facing the honeycomb grid 4, if the reinforcement plate 5 coated with an adhesive is placed on the honeycomb grid 4 , on its film strips 42 , 42 ', 42 ''along its rear edge 48 ', an adhesive was previously applied. This procedure ensures that the intermediate layer 3 only comes into contact with adhesive where it is either plate 2 on the back of the view or on the front edge 48 of the honeycomb grid 4 .

After completion of the sandwich panel, the back of the stiffening plate 5 is provided with an adhesive and the sound absorption layer 6 is glued on.

The cover plates shown in FIGS. 2a-c have different lateral boundaries. In the illustrated in Fig. 2a cover the edge 24 of the face plate 2, the intermediate layer 3, the honeycomb lattice 4, as well as the Ver steifungsplatte 5 across bent backward and abuts against the back of the reinforcing plate 5 at.

In Fig. 2b, a cover plate with an intermediate layer 3 and cover plate 5 used as edge protection 30 serving rectangular profile is shown. The edge protector 30 shown in FIG. 2c additionally has a circumferential groove 32 for receiving mounting clips 34 , with which two plates can be connected to one another.
