Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for processing Slurry and a facility for carrying out the Ver driving.
Those in farms as well as in animal husbandry operated (e.g. chicken farms, pig fattening companies, etc.) Manure that accumulates continuously is no problem if the amount of manure produced in a certain ratio to the agricultural area of the Be drives because it is then a valuable fertilizer can be used and at the same time more advantageously Way the purchase need for fertilizers under appropriate Reduced costs. On the other hand, is that for spreading Liquid manure available usable area in relation to the amount of manure produced is small or not at all act as this is the case with livestock farms can, the ent leads continuously in a certain amount standing manure as an undesirable by-product of problems, as it is loaded with a considerable amount of dirt so-called problem wastewater not in a sewer or a watercourse can be drained or sprinkled in excess may.
To solve this problem, have become known so far Process aimed at preparing the manure in such a way that the water it contains, which makes up about 70 accounts for 75% of the raw manure, so far from the dirt load is exempted from being used for further use or can be drained into the environment. This creates in some cases with known processing methods usable by-products such as solid or gaseous fuel material, but the value contained in the manure goes substances lost.
Thus, for example, a method become known for the processing of liquid manure, wherein the liquid contained in the slurry is evaporated by appropriate application of heat and the resulting vapor is then condensed, while the resulting solid -. Optionally with the admixture of another fuel - is burned.
In other known processing methods, the Manure to break down the organic matter dissolved in it Subjecting compounds to anaerobic treatment, to get biogas containing methane. Such an up preparation usually takes place with circulation of the manure in Reactors, the slurry to accelerate the on preparation process with the appropriate use of energy is heated to 30 to 40 ° C. This process is apparatus relatively complex and relatively lengthy, the out prey of flammable gases i.a. relatively small and only with chicken manure due to the particularly high proportion dissolved organic constituents to some extent is prevailing. Incidentally, this method also works At least essentially, the valuable materials contained in the manure lost.
The object of the present invention is accordingly based on a method of processing manure as well to create a facility for its implementation at which essentially contains the valuable materials contained in the manure fully as fertilizer or feed win, the water contained in the manure is simultaneously prepared so that it can be reused or can be released into the environment.
The procedural solution to this task is there according to the invention that the raw manure to be processed for the purpose of separating the coarse grained contained in it Dissolve solids with a mesh size of ≦ 1 mm is sieved and the solid obtained from the Aufbe process is subtracted that the pH of the Seven liquid separated from the screened solid speed by adding acid or / and acid salt is reduced to ≦ 7 and the resultant Coagulate separated from the liquid and that of the Seven solid obtained is fed, and that the liquid remaining after chemical coagulation then to bind the ammonia contained in it mixed with an acid or / and a salt and that there if ammonium salt is present, separate from the residual liquid is riert.
In development work for the task aimed for Obtaining the liquid manure has been shown that kon conventional technologies such as centrifugation or dean animals for separating the waste contained in the manure dissolved solids due to the very different mechanical contamination of the manure and its com plexer chemical composition not to the desired Lead success. An An can indeed be centrifuged part of the solid contained in the manure in undissolved form Separate substances from the liquid, but result surprisingly undesirable side effects in this regard. of the substances dissolved in the manure, which the further on hinder preparation considerably. This is obviously primarily because the protein dissolved in manure body and other long-chain molecules that are used in centri are not separable, apparently due to the shear forces occurring under a polymerization process are thrown and thereby lead to substances, the physika are no longer separable.
On the other hand, it has been found that the chemical coagulation according to the invention of the protein contained in the manure by lowering the pH to a pH of preferably 1.5 to 5 with simultaneous splitting of the urea contained in the manure and other organic carbon compound with Formation of floating CO 2 only works very imperfectly if the liquid manure is still excessively contaminated with solids, but this process step can be carried out with an excellent result if the solids contained in the undissolved form in the liquid manure are at least predominantly separated. It was found that such a separation of the undissolved solids contained in the manure can be achieved in a particularly effective and yet simple manner in that the raw manure before chemical coagulation with a mesh size of ≦ 1 mm and preferably ≧ 0.5 mm is screened. If the mesh size is made considerably larger than 1 mm, the separation effect is unsatisfactory and has a disadvantageous effect on the later treatment stages. If, on the other hand, the screening is carried out with a mesh size of less than 0.5 mm, blockages easily occur, even if the screen surface is subjected to periodic impacts or vibrations during the screening, as is preferably provided.
Moreover, it has been shown that it is for the desired goal It is useful if the raw manure to be processed before Sieving is homogenized, which can be achieved, for example, with a shredder tion of the solids contained in it by means of a cutter work can be done.
As has been shown in the course of the development work, the essential substances dissolved in the manure, in particular the protein bodies, cannot be separated by conventional flocculation processes using polyelectrolytes, since these substances are not ionic. On the other hand, due to the reduction in pH according to the invention to a value below 7 (preferably a pH of 1.5 to 5), it is not only possible to achieve excellent flocculation due to coagulation by means of the appropriate addition of acid or / and acid salt, but at the same time an intensive buoyancy of the resulting flakes due to the CO 2 also formed in this process step, so that the separation of the essential substances contained in dissolved form in the manure can be achieved in the shortest possible time and to a large extent.
Diluted sulfur is the acid to be added for this purpose acid was found to be particularly useful because the ent standing sulfate compounds still have a fertilizing effect and sulfuric acid is otherwise relatively inexpensive.
In a likewise very expedient variant of the inventions The method according to the invention is ent after sieving liquid to lower its pH to acidic level and extracting the essential dissolved sub punch aluminum salt such as aluminum sulfate or Polyaluminium chloride supplied because the thus obtained Solids also beneficial to agricultural Areas can be carried out.
It should also be noted that after screening any liquid obtained before chemical coagulation can be subjected to anaerobic pretreatment where with the liquid in such a case under circulation is heated to approx. 35 ° C, but it is one Pretreatment is generally not necessary, so that not only with regard to the one to be taken for this apparatus expenditure, but especially because of associated delay in the preparation process then i.a. is waived.
Hydroanthrazit.Furthermore, it should be noted that according to the above described liquid containing chemical coagulation before the ammonia is subsequently removed a cationic flocculation as part of a post-treatment agent are added and the resultant Solid can be separated from the liquid, but such an after-treatment has become commonplace Usually proven not to be necessary. The same applies for a minerali possible at this point in the procedure filtering with e.g. hydroanthracite.
After separating the undissolved and the resolved The liquid essentially still contains solids completely contained in the raw manure from the start Ammonia and, if necessary, free at the first preparation stages set ammonia, which is not only with regard to the Quality of residual water is removed, but also because ammonia is a valuable one Fertilizer component of the manure is, therefore, also represents a resource that expediently so is to be regained that it is used as a fertilizer can be. This can be done in different ways follow, according to an appropriate embodiment the process of the invention, the ammonia Liquid can be extracted by stripping, and although preferably such that the pH of the liquid speed by adding a lye, such as in particular and preferably dilute sodium hydroxide solution to about 12.5 the ammonia is blown out with air, and that Ammonia-air mixture with a dilute washing acid is applied, which is preferably ver thin phosphoric acid or nitric acid the washing acid prefers up to its saturation in a circle run against the ammonia-air flow and at Sätti taken as ammonium phosphate, which a represents excellent liquid fertilizer, which is also one Interim storage is accessible.
According to a variant, the ammonia of the liquid by adding an aqueous solution of magnesium phosphate and / or dipotassium phosphate in a slightly alkaline pH of about 8.5 are withdrawn, the resulting Ammonium-magnesium-phosphate fails.
Finally, there is a particularly preferred training in that the ammonia of the liquid in an ion exchange process is withdrawn, the liquid with a granular polyacrylate is mixed, which after Reaching saturation with dilute nitric acid tralized and washed out.
Preferred configurations of the present invention are described in subclaims.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a device for processing liquid manure for performing the method according to the invention, in which the valuable materials contained in the liquid manure can be obtained and the accompanying water is simultaneously treated so that it can be reused or in the environment can be derived.
The raw liquid manure 1 to be prepared is fed via a feed line ( not shown) into a reservoir 2 serving as a template or collecting container, and from this is given by means of a pump 3 via an inlet line 4 to a screening device designated as 5 (see also FIG. 2 and 3). The pump 3 is a sewer wheel pump with a cutting mechanism, which thus reduces the solids contained in the raw liquid manure 1 and thus homogenizes it.
The actual sieving device 5 is surrounded by a pot-shaped housing 6 and has a sieve surface 7 , which is set at an angle of 80 ° and is curved in side view, with a mesh size of 0.5 mm, which feeds raw manure at its upper end via the feed line 4 becomes. On the underside of the screen surface 7 , an exciter 8 is arranged, in which it is in the illustrated embodiment, a pneumatic piston-cylinder unit, the plunger 9 excites the screen fabric 7 to vibrate during operation and thus not only to an intense Sieving the raw liquid manure, but also means that the sieve openings remain free.
The lower end section of the housing 6 is divided in the region of the lower overflow edge 10 of the screen fabric 7 by means of a partition 11 into two chambers 12 and 13 , of which the chamber 12 located below the screen surface 7 via a liquid line 15 provided with a pump 14 with a downstream one Liquid container 16 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) is connected, while the other chamber 13 is connected via a solid line 17 with a solid collecting container 18 .
If the pump 3 draws raw manure to be processed from the reservoir 2 and acts on the sieve device 5 , the exciter 8 is automatically switched on, which is controlled so that it still has a wake after the pump 3 is switched off, so that the chamber 13 is largely homogeneous Solid sludge arrives in the solids collection container 18 , while the liquid entering the liquid container 16 is largely free of undissolved solids.
The liquid in the liquid container 16 is in the illustrated embodiment for lowering the pH in the acidic range via a line 19 which is provided with a pump designed as a sierorgan 20 , aluminum sulfate in a concentration of about 1% ( based on 100% solid). Due to the acidic atmosphere created in this way, the protein bodies contained in the liquid coagulate, which leads to spontaneous, strong foaming, because (for example, by splitting the urea contained in the liquid) a strong CO 2 evolution occurs at the same time is extremely useful because it leads to a buoyancy of the fluffy coagulate, which is provided at its upper end portion with a solid discharge device 21 designed as a paddle mechanism, by means of which floating solid is laterally fed from the liquid container 16 to a first solid discharge line 22 , which is in communication with the solids collection container 18 . The lower portion of the liquid container 16 is tapered, the lower end being connected via a shut-off device 23 to a pump 23 'provided with a second solid discharge line 24 , which in the exemplary embodiment shown is guided back into the liquid container 16 , however if necessary, could also be performed in the solid collection container 18 . Because of this education it is possible to subtract from the sediment from time to time in the liquid container 16 . A certain formation of sediment is unavoidable because the fluffy coagulate, which is driven up by the CO 2 , sinks in part when it comes into contact with the liquid before it is discharged through the paddle mechanism 21 .
Above the conical part a container is then largely freed of dissolved solids liquid via a shut-off valve 25 is provided with a line 25 ', respectively 26, which functions as a liquid reservoir for the downstream means for withdrawal of the ammonia. This is removed from the liquid in the present case by stripping, the pH of the liquid speed first being brought to 12.5 by adding 10% sodium hydroxide solution and then the liquid sucked out of the container 26 by a pump 27 via a line 27 ' atomized in a downstream washing tower 28 and air is applied in countercurrent. The air is blown through a blower 29 via a line 29 'into the wash tower 28 filled with packing elements and is preheated to about 30 ° C. It should also be pointed out that it may be expedient to repeatedly feed the liquid into the washing tower via a return line and to always only withdraw a partial stream via a line 30 .
The above a line 31 from the wash tower 28 from ammonia-air mixture is washed in a second wash tower 28 '- also in countercurrent - with 10% phosphoric acid and bound to it, the wash tower 28 ' via a shut-off device 32 'and a pump 32 ''provided line 32 is supplied. This creates in the second washing tower 28 'ammonium phosphate, which is fed via a line 33 to a container 34 Sammbe and this can be removed for use as a liquid fertilizer.
The liquid running off via the line 30 is finally fed to a receiver 35 of a reactor 36 , in which a biological aftertreatment takes place, as is basically the case with all known biological cleaning processes according to the so-called activated sludge process, the treatment here, however, under controlled conditions and runs particularly intensively and thus rapidly, since the liquid is supplied via a line 37 with a blower 37 'ver line 37 (and possibly via a further line 38 oxygen), which is introduced in a manner known per se, for example via membrane tubes can be. An agitator is included in the reactor, which ensures intensive mixing. The height of the reactor is chosen so that an oxygen discharge on the surface of the liquid contained in the reactor is largely avoided. The liquid is first intensively mixed with the live sludge still in the reactor by the agitator and then gassed with air and / or oxygen to achieve rapid bacterial growth, whereby an oxygen consumption measurement is used to determine when the degradation in is essentially done. After the increase in the amount of oxygen in the waste water, the aeration is switched off, so that the bacteria then sediment at the bottom of the reactor. After a certain dwell time, the water in the upper region of the reactor 36 is then drawn off after opening shut-off devices 39 via a line 39 ', while excess sludge is drawn off via a line 40 and a container 41 can be supplied. This excess sludge, which consists to a large extent of protein-dead bacteria, can be used excellently as animal feed, especially if it is mixed with other animal feed.
As has already been indicated above, are for the biological after-treatment also other facilities like spiral drums or the like usable, the obtained Water is finally disinfected by UV radiation, if it is to be used for operational purposes, for example.
The particular advantage of the invention is evident in that the manure in processing with regard to the in it contained valuable materials is not destroyed, but that the valuable materials are practically fully recovered and either as solid fertilizer (sludge), as liquid fertilizer (e.g. Ammonium phosphate) or as animal feed can, whereby it has been shown that the thus obtained Income considerably exceeds the costs to be expended, so that agriculture and livestock farming is a possibility has the manure quantity problem in a most satisfactory manner to solve.
