Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem aus Stoff, Leinwand oder ähnlichem zusammenfaltbaren Stoff hergestellten Gurt b, an dessen beiden Enden ein Riemen oder eine Schnur c befestigt ist. Dieser Riemen wird durch einen flachen, an einem in der Länge einstellbaren Riemen oder Schnur befestigten Ring e hindurchgezogen, wobei am oberen Ende dieser Riemenschleife d ein Aufhänghaken / sich befindet. An der unteren Fläche des Gurtes b sind aus federnden Stahlstreifen hergestellte und um Bolzen g· gelenkig zusammenklappbare Bänder h angeordnet, die in geöffnetem Zustand mittels Befestigungsbolzen i am Rande des Gurtes befestigt werden können. An der unteren Fläche des Gurtes sind noch in Querrichtung voneinander in beliebiger Entfernung aus federnden Stahlstreifen hergestellte Versteifungsbänder k befestigt.
