Abstract
Description

Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe, die Wärmeübertragung vom Medium im Rohrinneren an das die Rohrwand umgebende Medium dadurch zu erhöhen, daß durch die Verwendung von Rohren mit schraubenför miger Wellung (Fig. 1) das Medium im Rohrinneren durch die drall artige Ausbildung der Rohrwände in Rotation (1) versetzt und dadurch der Weg des Mediums durch das Rohr wesentlich verlängert wird. Außerdem entstehen zusätzlich durch die Rotation Verwir belungen im Rohrinneren, durch die das Medium im Rohrinneren während des Durchgangs durch das Rohr vermischt wird. B. von Druckver änderungen Leckagen in den Rohren zu melden. Hierdurch können überwachte Sicherheitswärmetauscher zum Einsatz z. B. bei schädlichen und wassergefährdenden Stoffen und brennbaren Flüssigkeiten gebaut werden, bei denen der Nachteil der Min derung des Wärmeübergangs durch das Zwischenmedium durch den Einsatz von Rohren mit schraubenförmiger Wellung zum Teil ausgeglichen werden kann (Fig. 8).f) in heat exchangers according to a) to d), using double-walled safety tubes with helical corrugation of both the inner and the outer tube, in which the space is filled with another medium ( 3 ) that probably also participates in the exchange process , whose real task is, by monitoring z.
