Description

Der vorne auf der Druckstange befestigte Teller sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Druckverteilung auf den beweglichen Kartuschenboden. Wird die Druckstange manuell über eine Hebelvorrichtung bewegt, so ist dieser Vorgang sehr mühsam und nur mit Kraft- und Zeitaufwand möglich. Durch den Hebelmechanismus kann die Druckstange nur stufenweise bewegt werden. Hierdurch wird der Kartuscheninhalt stoßweise zur
Austrittsöffnung befördert und die Dosierung kann nur sehr unkontrolliert erfolgen. Bei der Entleerung eines pneumatisch betriebenen Kartuschenentleerungsgerätes wird ein Kompressor mit Druckluftschlauch und entsprechender Energiequelle benötigt. Durch die ständige Schlauchverbindung zwischen Kartuschenenleerungsgerät und dem Kompressor ist nur eine beschränkte Arbeitsweise möglich. Schwer zugängliche Bereiche können teilweise gar nicht oder nur mit sehr hohem Arbeitsaufwand erreicht werden (Hochhaus).

In den Figuren ist das Kartuschenentleerungsgerät 3 mit Elektromotor 1 und dazugehörigem Akku 5 oder Batterie 5 dargestellt^ Eine Möglichkeit eines Antriebübertragungsmechanismus 4 wird in Fig. 2 beschrieben).
Das Kartuschenentleerungsgerät 3 weist einen Handgriff 8, eine abnehmbare Haltevorrichtung 6 auf. Der Elektromotor 1 ist im Haltegriffgehäuse 12 durch zwei Druckknöpfe 11 arretiert, somit auch austausch- bzw. abnehmbar. Im Haltegriff 8 befindet sich ein elektronisch stufenlos geregelter Drehzahlsteuerungsschalter 9.
Der Antriebübertragungsmechnismus 4 ist die Verbindung zwischen Elektromotor 1 und Druckstange 2. Die Druckstange 2 ist im Haltegriffgehäuse 12 geführt.
Die Kartuschenhaltevorrichtung 6 ist über Steckstifte 10 am Haltegriffgehäuse 12
befestigt. Bei eingeschaltetem Elektromotor 1 dreht sich gemäß Figur 2 (als Ausführungsbeispiel) ein auf dem Elektromotor 1 aufsitzendes Zahnrad 13 und greift hierbei in die verzahnte Druckstange 2. Die Druckstange 2 kann dadurch stufenlos bewegt werden und entleert somit über den Teller 7 die Kartusche.
Auf das Kartuschenentleerungsgerät 3 können verschiedene Haltevorrichtungsgrößen mittels Steckstifte 10 adaptiert werden, hierdurch können alle möglichen Kartuschengrößen eingesetzt werden.
