Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spannrolle nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a tension pulley according to the preamble of the main claim.
In der DE 43 43 429 ist eine Spannrolle dargestellt, die mit einer Sechskantschraube am Schwenkarm einer Spannvorrichtung befestigt ist. Der Kopf der Sechskantschraube ist dabei im topfförmigen Innenring des Wälzlagers für die Spannrolle versenkt. Eine geschlossene Abdeckkappe dichtet den gesamten Lagerraum ab und verhindert gegebenenfalls ein Herausfallen der Befestigungsschraube. Um dies zu ermöglichen, muß die Schnappverbindung zwischen Abdecldcappe und Lager lösbar sein. Dies hat jedoch zur Folge, daß sich die Schnappverbindung auch unbeabsichtigt im Betrieb lösen kann. Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Spannrolle dient zum Spannen eines nicht dargestellten Treibriemens an einem Verbrennungsmotor. Sie besteht aus einem Wälzlager mit Innen- 1 und Außenring 2. Auf dem Außenring 2 ist ein Laufrollenmantel 3 aus Kunststoff befestigt. Durch den Innenring 1 ist eine Befestigungsschraube 4 mit Außensechskant 5 geführt. Eine Abdeckkappe 6 ist durch Schnappelemente 7 in einer Nut 8 des Außenringes 2 befestigt und ist mit einer zentralen Bohrung 9 versehen. Durch diese reicht der Außensechskant 5 hindurch, an den sich ein zylindrischer Mantel 10 und ein Flanschabschnitt 11 anschließen. Der zylindrische Mantel 10 bildet mit der Bohrung 9 einen Ringspalt 12. Der hinter den inneren Bohrungsrand greifende Flanschabschnitt 11 bildet einen axialen Formschluß mit der Abdeckkappe 6 und einen weiteren hier radialen Ringspalt 12. Dadurch ergibt sich eine Labyrinthdichtung. Die dargestellte Ausführung ist damit eine kompakte, transportgesicherte Einheit.The tension pulley shown in Figure 1 is used to tension a drive belt (not shown) on an internal combustion engine.
