Als Alternative zu herkömmlichen Windenergie-Anlagen (WEA) schlage ich den Einbau eines senkrecht gelagerten „Flettner-Rotors" (Vertikal-Achsen Turbine) in Hochspannungs-Masten vor.As an alternative to conventional wind turbines (WEA), I propose the installation of a vertically mounted "Flettner rotor" (vertical axis turbine) in high-voltage pylons.
Der Rotor (1) ist unterhalb der ersten Traverse des Mastes eingebaut. Mit dem Rotor ist ein Generator (2) gekoppelt, dessen Achse (3) ebenfalls senkrecht ausgerichtet ist. Zur Optimierung des Wirkungsgrades des Rotors werden an seinen unteren und oberen Enden jeweils eine Endscheibe (4) angebracht. Diese drehen sich mit dem Rotor. Jeweils eine Erweiterung (5) dieser Endscheiben sind am Mast außerhalb der Maststreben (6) fest montiert. Diese Erweiterungen drehen sich nicht mit dem Rotor. Die im Generator erzeugte elektrische Energie kann in ein zusätzliches Windenergie-Netz eingespeist werden, dessen Leitungen an den vorhandenen Masten / entlang den vorhandenen Trassen verlaufen. So kann die Energie der einzelnen Turbinen akkumuliert werden, um dann an bestimmten Punkten umtransformiert und ins Netz eingespeist werden zu können.The rotor (1) is installed below the first crossbeam of the mast.
