Description

Eine Meßvorschriften für den Isolationswiderstand ist der Norm DIN IEC 167 „Prüfverfahren für Elektroisolierstoffe", Beuth-Verlag, Berlin 1993 niedergelegt. Dort werden für die Meßelektroden unter anderem Striche aus leitender Farbe, 1 mm breit, (10 +/- 0,5) mm Abstand, (100 +/- 1 mm) lang festgelegt. Diese leitenden. Striche werden oft in der Praxis eingesetzt, da sie einfach aufzubringen sind. Allerdings weisen sie den Nachteil auf; daß ihre Herstellung in der Regel in Handarbeit erfolgt, mit Pinseln oder Zeichenfedern und Schablonen gearbeitet werden muß, worunter oft die Genauigkeit leidet.A measurement specification for insulation resistance is laid down in the standard DIN IEC 167 "Test methods for electrical insulating materials", Beuth-Verlag, Berlin 1993. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst, indem Strichelektroden aus sehr gut leitendem Gummi eingesetzt werden . Eine nähere Beschreibung soll anhand von Fig. 1 gegeben werden. Auf einer gut isolierenden Unterlage 1 werden zwei Streifen 1 mm dicker Folie aus gut leitendem Gummi 2 zusammen mit dünnen Metallstreifen 4 in einen mit Nuten versehenen Isolierkörper 4 gehalten. Die Gummifolie 2 überragt den Isolierkörper 4. Die Metallstreifen 3 sind an einem Ende langer als die Gummifolie 2 und als Kontaktblech 5 rechtwinklig abgewinkelt. Auf dem Kontaktblech ist ein Meßkontakt 6, z.B. als Steckbuchse, angebracht.The object is achieved according to the invention by using line electrodes made of highly conductive rubber. Die Grundplatte 1 und der Isolierkörper werden aus PTFE (Teflon) hergestellt. Der Isolierkörper 4 ist 10 mm hoch, so daß die Leitgummistreifen 2 ihn um 1 mm überragen. In Kontakt zu den Leitgummistreifen 2 stehen Blechstreifen aus Edelstahl 3.
