Die Erfindung betrifft die Anordnung von Bauelementen, insbesondere von Bauelementen zur Anbindung an Kommunikationssysteme und für die Fernbetätigung bestimmter Fahrzeugfunktionen, im Bereich der Frontscheibe von Kraftfahrzeugen mit Innen-Rückblickspiegel. Der Innen-Rückblickspiegel für Kraftfahrzeuge, z.B. Personenkraftwagen, ist heute im allgemeinen in einer flachen, schalenartigen Fassung angeordnet. Die Spiegelfassung ist meist mit einem Kugelgelenk beweglich an einem Arm befestigt, der seinerseits an der Frontscheibe angeklebt oder am Dachholm darüber angeschraubt ist. Der Spiegel ist - in Blickrichtung vor der und mit Abstand zur Scheibe - so positioniert und dimensioniert, daß er weitgehend im Blickfeld des Fahrers liegt; gleichzeitig soll er die Sicht nach vorn nicht einschränken. Er befindet sich meist im oberen Viertel der Scheibe, und seine Unterkante ist etwa auf gleicher Höhe wie die Unterkante der Sonnenblenden. Der Abstand zwischen zwischen dem Spiegel und der Frontscheibe ist - z.B. bedingt durch die Neigung der Scheibe relativ groß und ergibt einen Raum, der bis dato für keinerlei Zwecke nutzbar ist.The interior rearview mirror for motor vehicles, e.g. passenger cars, is now generally arranged in a flat, bowl-like frame. Dabei können HF-Antennen sowie Schaltungsmodule für Anschluß, Anpassung und Verstärkung erforderlich sein. Soweit Komponenten dieser Anlagen im Bereich der Frontscheibe angeordnet oder in sie integriert werden sollten, fehlt dafür bisher eine Möglichkeit. Bei vielen Fahrzeugen wird es nicht nötig sein, die Gehäusekonturen nach den Umrissen der Spiegelfassung und den diese tangierenden Blickachsen von Fahrer und Beifahrer zu bestimmen; zumindest die Gehäuse-Unterseite kann mit einem größeren Winkel gegen die Waagerechte zur Scheibe geführt werden.The invention makes use of the "dead" space between the interior rearview mirror and the windshield.
